The apartment is an excellent solution for a holiday in Rome, It is located in an elegant and central area. It is spacious, equipped with every comfort and tastefully furnished, it can accommodate up to 6 people.Very close to Ponte Milvio roman nightlife, the Vatican, the Auditorium Parco della Musica, the Olympic Stadium. It is very quiet and peaceful, The apartment is on the second floor a beautiful building with lift/elevator and concierge services and has a comfortable balcony et a garage included in the price. The apartment has air conditioning, regulated central heating and baby bed equipped.
Very nice apartment, well equipped ,perfect for a family of four.
Main issue was mostly with transportation.
There are 2 buses and 1-2 metro lines to take to access major touristic points which means 60-90 minutes of transportation morning and night.
The buses come by every 20 minutes so you end up with people pushing there way into the buses and ending up being packed like little sardines.
My husband got his wallet stolen on the second day...beware of pick pockets !
This apartment was great! It met my family's needs especially with the private parking garage, WIFI and laundry machine. All at the right price. For my family of five, it was clean, spacious and a short drive to he centre of Rome and Vatican City. We were able to see and do all the beautiful, magnificent and pricelesssights. Driving to the main areas, we only had to park 20 minutes away and parking was not expensive, Grocery and shops were short walking distance from the apartment. We were glad that booking this place with Vincenza was simple and smooth. We would recommend this apartment to any family wishing to visit Rome. Our stay was memorable and pleasurable ! Thanks again Vincenza :)
JDery and Family
This apartment is exactly as described and pictured. It's very clean and decorated nicely. It's also quite spacious, especially for an Italian apartment. My family of 4 stayed there very comfortably and didn't even use the pull out sofa which would have slept two more. There's a nice dining room and a fully equipped kitchen for meals that we just wanted to cook and stay in to eat. The balcony is also very nice to sit out on. While the location isn't exactly right by the city center and all of the sites, it is well connected to public transportation and the city center can be reached within 20-30 minutes. There are a couple of restaurants close by but my family loves just staying the the city center to eat after a day of exploring and then taking the bus to get back to the apartment!
The owners are so wonderful. They picked me up at the apartment I had been staying at and also arranged for a van to pick the rest of my family up at the airport. They certainly made sure that we had everything we needed in order to have a good vacation and did more for us than necessary. I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Rome and enjoy it without having to worry with extra details considering your living arrangements while there!
We have stayed there 5 ninghts. The owners are very fantastic people, and very helpful. The apartman is very nice, clean, well equipped. We found everything.
It is very good, that it is far from the very crowded centre.
The public transport in Rome, is not so good, but the bus stop is really only few metres from the apartman, and the connection to the vatican and the centre is very good. The owners waited for us, and expalined, and showed everything.
They are really nice people.
The shop is really only a few step from the house.
I would like to thank to Vicenza this wonderful time, what we have spent to Rome.
This was our first visit to Rome, and loved the apartment! It is outside of Rome center, but we were able to get around fine using buses and the metro. We got a taste of Rome living that we could not have gotten staying in a hotel. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and within walking distance to a small market, pizza place, and a few restaurants. We visited Tom Pizza a lot, as they are open 24 hours. The food was great and reasonably priced, and the pastries are delivered fresh around 8:30 each night. We did not need a car, as the bus stop is a short walk away. We learned to take the 200 to the Conad super market, or the 200 to the 32 to visit the Vatican or take the metro. The owners were readily available during our stay, and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone, and would gladly stay again. Thank you!
The apartment was beautiful, very clean, nicely decorated and very well connected. Everything was in perfect condition. It is in a charming building. We also found the restaurants and shops quite reasonable around the apartment. You will love the apartment and the neighborhood. The owner is extremely helpful and pleasant . Thanks for a great stay!
We will be recommending this apartment highly to friends and family.
