Perfect base for a lovely quiet holiday

The apartment is well situated for a quiet holiday in a wonderful area. It is very high quality with two double bedrooms (comfy beds!), plenty of storage and a lovely bathroom/shower. It is equipped to a high standard and very clean and well maintained. The terrace offers the opportunity to eat outside, including when lit at night. The apartment is a short stroll into the centre of Ciboure and across the river to St Jean de Luz old town where there are plenty of shops and restaurants without being too over-developed, and a wonderful beach. We did not have a car and used the bus/train a couple of times eg to Bibao, but mostly walked. The owners were most welcoming and I would have no hesitation in recommending this as a holiday destination.

The only additional comment I would make is that another sofa would be appreciated if 4 guests stayed as there is only a two-seater currently, and the provision of towels would be appreciated to save taking up space in the suitcase!

Wonderful appartment with everything one would need for a great holiday. Situatted in perfect location. Hardly used the car--- did use buses once or twice. Great restaurants and beaches in Ciboure and St Jean de Luz .

Location tout confort et trés bien située

Emplacement privilégié pour cette location de charme à Ciboure. Saint-Jean-de-Luz et Ciboure sont accessibles à pieds.

L'appartement est trés bien entretenu et équipé. Nous avons apprécié la grande place de stationnement et la terrasse en bois.

Merci à M. et Mme Peyran pour leur accueil, nous espérons renouveler notre séjour prochainement.

Grosse Erholung an perfekter Lage

Diese charmante, absolut ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit Privatparkplatz würden wir sofort wieder mieten. Sie ist hell, hat hochwertiges Mobiliar und ist überaus sauber und gepflegt. Ebenso begeistert haben uns die hervorragend eingerichtete Küche und die geräumige, perfekt funktionierende Dusche. Da nimmt man in Kauf, dass man Dusch- und Handtücher selber mitbringen muss. In den beiden Schlafzimmern messen die Betten mit den Qualitätsmatratzen je 1.40 x 1.90 Meter. Grosse Terrasse mit bequemen Möbeln und Sonnenschirm. Alles sehr neuwertig. Auch die Lage ist toll: In wenigen Fussminuten ist man schon in St. Jean de Luz mit seinen vielen Angeboten. Ein grosses Lob auch an die herzlichen, hilfsbereiten und kultivierten Gastgeber. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf ein Wiedersehen!

Appartement très clair et lumineux, très bien aménagé, très bien situé. Vous rejoignez le centre de SOCOA en 15 minutes à pieds, en longeant le front de mer et en savourant un paysage magnifique

Saint Jean de Luz est à 10 minutes à pieds, grand maximum

Place de stationnement privative très appréciable.

Bref, une adresse à retenir pour un nouveau séjour à programmer

Excellent !

Nous sommes venus une semaine pour les vacances de la Toussaint, avec deux enfants en bas âge , les propriétaires sont très arrangeants, très accueillants et d'une gentillesse !

L'appartement est très propre et très bien équipé, très bien agencé pour une famille et la decoration est de très bon goût !

C'est également très bien situé et la terrasse est très agréable !

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances !
