Hello to everybody, this apartment is made so that you can have the best possible stay. All of its decoration, fixtures, and fittings, was imagined, thought through and made in order to allow you for feeling like home in Avignon. I would be delighted to welcome you in this practical apartment, of which I often adjust the decoration, but always with a mix of ancient and contemporary furniture. Come as you are, see you soon! Sylvain. Note: starting from May 2016, it is possible to rent a parking space.

Worldwide known, the Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur region is the blue sky nook that everyone dream of. Culturally recognized, I decided to move to Avignon in order to combine the sunny days to the cultural richness.

What makes this apartment unique

The assets of this apartment are numerous: its central location within the city allows its tenants to visit the Papal Palace, to have a drink, visit restaurants, go shopping, or just buy a baguette two minutes walking away. Its decoration, fixtures, and fittings allow its occupants to get used to the place very quickly and to feel, for the time of their stay, at home in the heart of Avignon. Starting from May 2016, it is possible to rent a parking space!

"Excellent séjour que cette semaine au coeur d''Avignon. L''appartement est très bien situé à quelques pas de tout : restos, sites touristiques, marché, supermarché. L''appartement est très joli, plein de charme avec ses hauts plafonds : un mélange d''ancien et de moderne très réussi. TRES sympa avec les enfants.

Take exit Avignon Nord on the A6 motorway, and follow the RN7 road to the centre of Avignon. Follow the Porte Saint-Lazare, then Carreterie Street, and finally Carnot Street. The Pie Place is nearby if you wish to have a drink. There are many restaurants such as the A.O.C., the Opéra Café, and the 75. The main tourist sites close to the apartment are: the Papal Palace, the Place de l'Horloge, or the Avignon Bridge. All are accessible on foot.
