About the property

A charming flat with superb sea vue and light house.

The apartment is situated on the top floor south facing - so bathed in sun all day and has views out to the sea and port. It has a balcony in front and a terrace on the side, as well as a small garden at the back with a table and chairs where you can cool off under the orange tree or just use it to hang your washing to dry...As you enter the apartment you come into the hallway with its striking original tile work that is characteristic of villas of its epoch. To the right is the bedroom with its double bed and large windows facing out onto the terrace.To the left you enter the double dining room and sitting room with its lovely polished parquet flooring and large French windows which open out onto the balcony looking out to the sea beyond. The dining room has an unusual slate table which seats up to 6 comfortably and another window overlooking lush greenery and palm trees.The sitting room has a double sofa bed which converts quickly into a comfortable bed for two.The kitchen further down on your left is well equipped with a washing machine, combination convection and microwave oven and is furnished with all the essential crockery and cooking equipment etc.The bathroom leading off from the kitchen looks out onto the little garden in the back and has a bath and shower attachment.This is quite rare as the apartment in Nice. It is not far from all conveniences or entertainment districts or the beach. But the location of the apartment is quiet and greenery. Because it is the second line from the road and walk. In addition, it is located on private road.

Great location near beaches and restaurants

Compact well equipped accommodating 4 adults would be a squeeze ideal for two

Nevertheless it's cosy and comfortably adequate

Some English speaking tv plus improved internet would make this apartment delightful

Would return again without doubt

wonderfull holiday

Eine sehr schoene FeWo, sauber, gross genug und hell, guter Blick auf das Meer, leider aber kein Parkplatz. Die Lage ist prima und die Mieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

The appartment is very nice and clean, very good equiped, enough space, also with nice view. Everything is prepared to have a great holiday. Position is great. Tender is very nice and friendly.

Ottima posizione, appartamento bellissimo, grande e molto ordinato. Proprietari molto cordiali. Ci torniamo di sicuro..

Wunderschöne Villa in bester Lage

Sehr geräumig (zumindest für 2 Personen) und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sogar noch hübscher als auf den Fotos, und der Ausblick auf die Hafeneinfahrt ist einfach genial! Auch im kleinen Gärtchen sitzt es sich sehr angenehm und malerisch, vor allem wenn es einem auf dem Balkon zu heiß wird, ist hier noch ein schönes Plätzchen im Schatten zu finden.

Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ein Supermarkt, ein Gemüsestand und ein Fischhändler sind gleich um die Ecke, so dass man gerne auch mal selbst kocht (vor allem bei den Preisen der Restaurants im Hafen, die die Preise z.B. in Vieille Nice noch um einiges übersteigen).

Die Lage ist auch super, in ca. 15 min ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt (Abkürzung über das Hafenbecken: ein Boot fährt umsonst von der einen Seite zur anderen!) und wenn man lieber nicht so weit gehen will, ist die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür.

Als Strand zu empfehlen: Plage de la Réserve, ca. 5 min entfernt. Wunderschönes klares türkisblaues Wasser, Steinstrand abwechselnd mit aus dem Stein gehauenen Terrassen.

Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert!

Übrigens: eine teilweise unterirdisch verlaufende Straßenbahn vom Hafen bis zum Flughafen ist in Bau, dann wird die Anbindung noch besser.

Schöne FeWo am Hafen von Nizza, Tolle Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Nizza. Schlüsselübergabe, FeWo -abnahme und Ansprechbarkeit der sehr netten Verwalterin waren Bestens. Man lebt mit/im Alltag der französischen Nachbarschaft. Reist man mit dem Auto an, sollte man unbedingt den angebotenen Parkplatz mieten der mit 8 Euro am Tag zu buche schlägt. Parken in Nizza ist wie Lotto spielen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt auch wenn manchmal der Hafenbetrieb über Nacht zu hören war.

Really nice!

We had really nice week in this place last week of April! Furniture and bedding, and kitchen wear are good quality and enough of everything to feel comfortable. Organized with a good tast. Clean. We will come back with pleasure and recommend to our friends !

Wir waren nun schon zum 4.Mal in der Villa Claudia und sind immer wieder begeistert von der wunderschönen Ferienwohnung mit französischem Charme und Meerblick.

Man ist schnell am Hafen und in der Stadt und die Wohnung läßt keine Wünsche offen - alles perfekt!

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Overlooking the port of Nice the villa is superbly located within a few minutes walk from beaches and rocky out crops (excellent for snorkelling sunbathing and jumping off), parks and all the shops and restaurants you may need. Ideal as a base for exploring the rest of the Cote d'Azur or perfect if you just want to hangout in the one place immersing yourself in the true Nice is culture and tradition.

With the passage of time Nice has grown spreading and encompassing the surrounding fields and groves, no longer the small resort town favoured by the English for their winter retreats - it is now an exciting busy cosmopolitan city with something for everyone. Surrounded by the growing city these villas have remained a unique pocket of yester year, a haven of peace and tranquillity, a drop of greenness -where it is possible to experience a glimpse of its rich past, yet stepping out you are within minutes of everything modern day Nice has to offer too.
