It was gorgeous with wonderful views. Extremely easy to reach from the train station as well. Any question I had was answered quickly as well. We absolutely loved our stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks so very much for making our trip even more special!
Perfect studio in a great location!
We had a wonderful 4 night stay in this florence studio! You can't beat the location and views!! The apartment has everything we needed! Perfect! Highly recommend!
Great apartment and location.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely studio apartment in a great location with a beautiful view of the Medici Chapel. Close to the train station, too!
Perfect Base for a stay in Florence.
Elena and Valerio were in contact before we went, and Elena met us to pass on the key, and show us around the studio apartment.
The apartment is delightful, a mix of modern and rustic. Not massive, but has everything you need. The bed is well cool 😎 opens at the press of a button 🔳 and comfy too.
Had prosecco while people watching one evening, after dinner out at a lovely local restaurant... Bliss 😍
Can't wait to return.
Perfect location, cozy apartment with nice updates
I fell in love with this little studio apartment. We are on a long journey through Europe and have been staying in house rentals rather than hotels. We only stayed (2) nights but it was such a relaxing visit. Elena was prompt with her communication and met us when we arrived. It was a very short walk from the train station (5 min) and I didn't have issues with rolling my luggage. The apartment was very clean and updated well. The bathroom was top notch (included a hair dryer) and the kitchen area was updated yet kept some of its old charm. The pullout sofa was not your standard bed - it operated with a remote control and was quite comfortable. We were happy with it. We stayed here thinking it would be a cheap option for our brief visit, but it turned out to be one of my favorite stops (apartment wise). It was also convient to all major sites and it has a wonderful view of the night life on the streets. I would highly recommend it for anybody coming to the area.
Spacious open plan apartment perfect for a couple
We loved staying in this apartment! It was a short 10min walk from the train station (even with luggage) and a casual 15min or so walk down to the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. This old part of Florence is easy enough to walk everywhere and we didn't need to be any closer to the river. It was also surprisingly quiet at night despite overlooking the Basilica di San Lorenzo. The bathroom seems newly renovated and the bed is an electric opening sofa bed within the very spacious open kitchen/lounge floor plan. Great wifi and our host had the air con going before we arrived which was very thoughtful (for such a hot day). The only thing extra that would've been nice is a laundry machine, but I would definitely be happy to stay here if I was dropping by Florence for a few days again. Thanks Elena for your help!
Parking: The entire historic centre of Florence is a “zona a traffico limitato” (ZTL) or restricted traffic zone. Special rules govern access to, as well as transit and parking in this zone. Non-residents are prohibited from driving and parking within the ZTL at the following times: - all through the year on weekdays (Mondays through Fridays): from 7.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m - and from June to September also on Thursday, Friday, Saturday night from 11,00 p.m. to 3,00 p.m. The boundaries of the ZTL are marked by special road signs and have a series of ‘access points’ which are controlled by cameras that automatically detect the number plates of all the vehicles passing through.
