About Milo and Terri
My name is Radar. My owners think they own this property, but I pretty much call the shots! My owners are retired and live here on the property with me, but I make sure they don't bother you!
Milo and Terri purchased this Cottage in 1992
Why Milo and Terri chose Port Angeles
We chose to live here after searching five different states to retire to, and realized that this area was the one that always felt like we were coming home. Although the Guest House is on the same property with us, we jealously guard your privacy and try very hard not to disturb you. In fact, you may not see us at all unless we happen to step out at the same time and say howdy! We built the Guest House prior to building the main house, lived there for two plus years until the main house was completed, and it has since evolved into a vacation rental. We absolutely love sharing the beauty of the Peninsula with folks new to the area.
What makes this Cottage unique
We fell in love with this property and it's peaceful feeling long before we knew it had a wonderful view of the Straits with all the shipping activity. Once the view was revealed, oh what a bonus surprise!

Quiet and clean
Walker's Guest House
This was a very comfortable house with lovely décor, lots of windows and skylights, high ceilings, and beautiful views. Very clean and quiet. luxurious bedding and towels. There is a nice path behind the house leading to a section of the Pacific Discovery Trail. Lots of extras including binoculars, games and books, notepad and pen.
I have stayed at several VRBO properties and can say this is best I have stayed at. This is based on cleanliness, arrangement and information provided. The owners provide some suggestions for local activities and clear guidance on their home.
I highly recommend staying here when visiting the Pacific Northwest / Olympic National Park.
Terri and Milo’s Walker Guest House lacks for nothing. The view is spectacular, the furniture is comfortable and all of the necessities are provided. All you have to do is bring you suitcase and your food and enjoy. Olympic Park and Forest are very close. The backyard has a path leading to a recreation trail. A splendid home away from home!
Lovely place to stay.
We warmly recommend this beautiful guesthouse. Everything was perfect.
We had a wonderful experience at Walker’s Guest House. Everything was comfortable and perfect for our family of 4 as we explored the beautiful Olympic Peninsula. We would come back again in a heartbeat!
All of the sites/areas mentioned in the Guest House description are must see, plus many more not listed, so happy exploring!
