My husband and I were looking for a place near the sea, where we could enjoy the sun and warmth in winter, away from the dark and cold winter months in the Northeast of the United States. We feel this house was a fortunate find that includes all we were looking for plus a lot more. Even though the house is located in a residential setting away from the center of town, everything is within walking distance: the grocery store, the bank, the market, the bars and, of course, the beach! Denia is a charming city with much to offer in terms of recreation, shopping, restaurants, and culture.
What makes this House unique
The house is spacious, and comfortable. The bright, well equipped kitchen is a pleasure to work in. We love to eat outdoors everyday, breakfast in the back patio, lunch in the front veranda... The lovely 3 Km. plus sea promenade, a couple of blocks from the house, is part of our daily walking/biking routine.

maison agréable, reposante, et bien située
Je recommande cette maison très bien équipée, fraîche naturellement où on se sent bien. Une climatisation efficace et le + : internet. Très proche de la plage et des criques, à 15 minutes à pieds du centre ville. Jardin et piscine agréables et bien entretenus. Petit mot d'accueil des propriétaires appréciable, interlocuteur sur place disponible et sympathique. Je conseille 3 resto sur Dénia : Casa Frédérico, Le San Marino et Sendra.
très jolie maison au calme avec beau jardin
nous avons passé des vacances très agréable, le jardin est magnifique, la piscine est proche de la maison et super quartier. le centre ville est proche et accessible par le bord de mer à pied.
le seul hic la plage est pas super car beaucoup de vase, nous avons préféré prendre la voiture pour aller plage les marinas à 5 mn en voiture.

Alles sauber und ordentlich. Küche war gut ausgestattet. Großer Pool in gepflegter Gartenlandschaft. Nette Nachbarn.
From the Marina, follow the road towards Jávea, make a right hand turn onto Carrer Casiopea, then second left onto Carrer Ceres. Local cuisine is outstanding. Typical 'paellas' and rice dishes, and products of the sea which, only a few hours before, were landing in the port, such as the shiny red Dénia prawn.
Additional information about rental rates
Rental conditions: Reservation by bank transfer of 50% of rental fees. Final payment (remaining 50%) is due in full 30 days prior to date of arrival. Upon arrival, a Cleaning Fee of 50 Euros plus a security deposit of 100 Euros will be collected. The Security Deposit is to be returned at departure after a final inspection to verify that everything is left in good order.
