Contemporary house of 250 m2, spacious and comfortable, in a quiet and wooded (access road in dead end, in a dominant position away from the village with a view in the distance on the medieval village of Vézénobres). Cross roads and GR6 nearby allow hiking, jogging and mountain biking. Excellent environment for cycling. Others will prefer the swimming pool (16m x 3.6m) and its wooden beach (solar shower), the pétanque ground or the ping pong table. On the ground floor, dining area modern kitchen of 35 m2 where 2 large bay windows with brick facing each other allow access to the terrace games that surround the house. Back kitchen with freezer and additional fridge. A library room of 50 m2 occupies the center equipped with a video projector, Hi-Fi (CD and DVD available), insert fire wood. Confirmed musicians can use the grand piano. Then come 3 bedrooms with independent bathrooms and WC all overlooking the wood terrace (direct access to the pool). On the floor, parental suite of 45 m2 understanding dressing, room of bath and TOILET.

A small airfield 5 kilometers and 35 kilometers from Nimes Airport allow an arrival by airplane or helicopter; Nimes The station is served by TGV (3 hours from Paris), a regional train connection provides access to Ales, 15 minutes from the house.

Arriving by car from the motorway exit Nîmes west, always follow the direction of Ales. On the national 106 towards Ales, exit right at the sign 'Anduze, LEDIGNAN, NERS'.

Take the roundabout, the Directorate 'NERS' right, take left towards STOP NERS.

The house is located at the foot of the Cevennes, in the triangle Uzes, Anduze and Nimes. Reputable websites of Uzes, Sommières and picturesque markets are 30 minutes. Anduze and Ales 15 minutes by car. Vézénobres, medieval village, 3 km offers all the amenities such as small shops, pharmacy, post office, market garden that are open all year and on Sunday mornings in season. Do not miss: the Pont du Gard, Anduze bamboo, the old Nîmes and its arenas, Montpellier, all the small villages, the National Park of Cevennes, Mont Aigoual, the landscapes of Camargue, the fortified village Aigues-Mortes, Grau du Roi and its sandy beaches, the festivities of summer (Music Festival Uzes, Festival d'Avignon and Nîmes ...). In short a charming area, colorful and diverse!

Magnifique maison

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette maison moderne et très confortable, sise au calme sur une colline cévenole. Extrêmement bien équipée - tant pour la cuisine que pour le loisir - la maison est accueillante, spacieuse et fort bien conçue. La piscine de 15 mètres, les grandes terrasses, le piano à queue, le home cinéma sont autant d'ajouts qui permettent de passer un séjour 5 étoiles.

Les propriétaires vous accueillent chaleureusement et ont à cœur de s'assurer que le séjour des hôtes soit le plus agréable possible.
