Nice place shame about the heating and hot water

Nice apartment clean, could do with new towels so all matching and not looking like whatever is left over, kitchen had lots of asscessors shame not all plates cups etc match. No toaster for just toast. Couldn't get all the rads to work so had to use the 1 electric heater found in.a wardrobe raised with the owner but guessing from an electric heater being on site they knew they had a problem. Family of 4 staying we could just all about have a shower coming in from the slope otherwise all the hot water was gone, one night had a bath and that was it all gone till the next morning pretty bad as the apartment can sleep more. We drive down every morning as car park at the slope was free and was a bit of a walk down the hill no way could have walked up after a day of skiing. First time we have stayed in an apartment in El tarter bit of an eye opener. Not many places to eat in el tarter went to the next town most nights.

Owner's Response: La urbanización del Tarter destaca por su tranquilidad tanto en invierno (aún teniendo la entrada a la estación de esquí a pocos metros) como en verano. No es un lugar ni de copeo, ni de restaurantes, ni de comercios, para estos ambientes hay otros lugares en Andorra muy recomendables. El Tarter es apropiado para los amantes de la naturaleza, para esquiadores deportistas, senderistas, entusiastas de la fotografía o simplemente personas que busquen unos días de paz alejado del ejetreo de las grandes urbes. Y, sí toda la urbanización está en cuesta puesto que solo los hoteles están en lo que podríamos denominar la primera línea de la estación (de ahí la mejor tranquilidad de toda la urbanización). Agradezco los comentarios sobre el apartamento; su cuidado y su limpieza. Y, evidentemente, un apartamento de montaña alimentado con termos de electricidad (no hay gas natural en ningún edificio de la zona) es apropiado para la ducha más que para el baño. Y el mío no es ninguna diferencia.

Agréable location

Location agréable, propre, literie confortable...un petit reproche la vaisselle est un peu restreinte (1casserole et pas de plat pour le four) à part cela tout le reste va bien. Nous avons regretté l'absence de commerces (rien d'ouvert) plus bas. La location est un peu isolée. Il faut aller à Canillo pour trouver âmes qui vivent. Véhicule absolument obligatoire.

Owner's Response: L'appartement est situé dans un cadre naturel et à seulement 600 mètres de la station de ski et est idéal pour tous ceux qui cherchent la paix en été et de la nature, et de pratiquer la course et le cyclisme. Andorre et boutiques se trouvent à 20 minutes de route, qui est clairement indiqué dans la description de l'appartement entièrement rénové en Novembre 2015. Il y a tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires pour un bon séjour. Il cheminée, barbecue et une terrasse de 65 m2.

Soy de Argentina. Estuve alojado con mi familia, total 5 adultos, durante 10 noches. Todo funciono sensacional.! Desde el principio estuve en contacto con Sergi el propietario, quien nos oriento y aconsejo ya que era nuestra primera vez en Andorra. En cuanto al apartamento, esta muy bien ubicado y en excelentes condiciones. Muy luminoso, limpio y comodo. Todo funcionaba perfecto lavarropas/lavaplatos/horno/calefaccion/internet - etc! Ademas un detalle a destacar, cuando llegamos al apartamento nos esperaba una rica botella de vino, gentileza de Sergi. Totalmente recomendable, espero podamos volver pronto.

There is access to Granvalira station only 600 meters away allowing the car park walk Gall Bosc skiing track and glide to the ski lift. The main parking lot of El Tarter is 900 meters, which is the exact distance to the ski lift. 1. The cable is 100 meters. You can walk (about 10 minutes) but is much more comfortable doing drive (3 minutes without crowds). Parking is free.

The price is always included covered parking space in the building and a storage room for skis or bikes in the garage of the building (in the urbanization is blue charging zone during the opening of the ski resort). All guests I extend a guide recommendations and useful addresses and internet keys that give the desired language. The caretaker's apartment, which is called from the border (facilitated logically phone) welcomes guests and gives them the keys. If desired, upon request, this person can clean the apartment during the stay.
