Split level house with a toilet and a terrace on each floor and a small garden in a winegrower village, 11 kms from St Tropez. Nice sea view.

Quiet because sports area is a little away and close to shops, free shuttle to beaches, private parking place. From the village to the sea you drive along a country road with vineyards on each side. No traffic jams in this part of the coast as the Côte d' Azur national highway doesn' t run along the waterfront.

This part of the St Tropez peninsula is owned by the National Trust and is a nature and sea conservatory. It has kms of unspoilt nature and many differen beaches in spring free access to heated municipal swimming pool.

Shops and supermarkets are within walking distance as well as restaurants, a hypermarket at La Foux 8 kms away.

Cavalaire with its Débarquement beach and many retaurants and shops is 5 kms away. Ramatuelle, Gassin and other historic villages are quite close; motorway

Antibes, Cannes, Nice an hour drive away by the A

Très bon emplacement belle vue sur la mer, très près de La Croix Valmer

Très bonne situation géographique, belle vue sur la mer. Le mas se trouve dans une résidence agréable, belle piscine commune, les gérants du club house sont absolument délicieux. Cette location mériterait toutefois une remise au goût du jour (mobilier de bric et de broc et un peu défraîchi, salle de bain à refaire, et cuisinière très ancienne). A l'heure de la nouvelle technologie, il serait souhaitable d'installer le Wifi. Le mas est fonctionnel et de bonne dimension pour 4 personnes. La terrasse et le petit jardinet sont très plaisants.

House in La Croix-Valmer

Our family (2 kids with 13 and 16 years) spent a nice week in this house in La Croix-Valmer. It´s located in walking distance to the City Center with bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacy, butchers..... From the balcony upstairs you have a great view over the coastline and the sea. We enjoyed the nice sandy beaches in Cavalaire and Gigaro and visited the nearby villages like St. Maxime, Grimaud, St. Tropez, Ramatuelle, Gassin... The pool and the tennis courts of the residential area are only a few minutes away. All in all we enjoyed our stay in this house directly in La Croix-Valmer. (The only disappointing aspect was the indoor bathroom which is not up to date.)

chouette petit endroit de vacances

agréable petit mas parfait pour notre famille, 2 adultes et 2 enfants, 4.5 et 2 ans

bien de vacances bien situé au centre du village proche des commerces, des facilité de la commune, bus pour les plages, et proche des installations communes comme les piscine, les tennis.

maison très propre, bien entretenue, salle de bain un peu petite et à remettre au gout du jour

cuisine correcte, propre, il manque des couteaux

nous avons passé un bon séjour, au calme (mois de septembre ) sans trop de monde et avec un temps correct

souvenir agréable, à recommander et à revenir
