What makes this Condo unique
The balcony is a perfect spot to take in the river views. The location is central to everything, you can't beat it!
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Cozy with a great location!
This place fit our needs perfectly. Centrally located, we easily could venture to any part of Nashville within 10-15 minutes. The condo has plenty of free parking and the neighborhood feels very safe...we enjoyed being able to walk to Broadway and to the Farmer's Market! The unit overlooks the river, which is a nice respite from the chaos of downtown. After late nights taking in the city's music, we really appreciated the comfortable bed and a clean kitchen for morning coffee and toast. We look forward to staying here again!
Suite was very nice and close to downtown.
Didn't work for us, hopefully you...
First, Liz is responsive and helpful, but our issue goes beyond human control unfortunately. The condo itself is nice. We liked the location, dont be fooled by the surroundings, we found it safe and walkable to Broadway Honky Tonks or a $6.54 Uber. The bed was comfy once we found our Sleep Number. There's really no dressers in bedroom, so with the exception of small cabinets, you hang clothes in hall closet or live out of suitcase, no biggy. Here is our biggest issue: the foot traffic on the above unit is incredibly disturbing. It's almost like a structural issue in the 3rd floor, flooring, the people above just walk normal, and it's a small richter in your unit. The glasses in the cupboards rattled to I moved them. It's louder than earplugs. We nearly packed an overnight bag for a hotel just to get a good nights sleep. I think Liz tried to help, but you cant prevent people from walking. Other reviews touch on this but say that's "Condo Living" I beg to differ, we rent condos, nothing like this exists. Hopefully, this is something you can deal with, if so you'll love this place, Nashville is absolutely an excellent destination. We play by day, and restfully sleep by night, and that was tough to come by.
Debbi, I am deeply sorry for your experience. We are constantly working with our upstairs neighbors to try and come up with ways to minimize the noise. We go through periods where we have no complaints and then we will have a review like this. As you noted, it's not something we can control but we do continue to work on it and take it to heart when we have a guest share this sort of experience. We will look into the possibility of adding a set of dresser drawers under the TV as there very well may be room for that-thank you for that suggestion. Again, we apologize for your restless nights. We wish there was more we could have done.
Awesome place, perfect location for a stay in Nashville. Close to Broadway and many of the other great up and coming areas. Highly recommend.
I didn’t give this place 5 stars because of the noise coming from the place above us. Pounding foot traffic all night and early morning. Made it difficult to get a decent night sleep.
Awesome visit to Nashville!
I think one of the best we've stayed in. Very pleased how well everything was supplied. Close enough to everything for walking, but far enough away to really feel away. The view of the river is an added bonus of being away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Enjoy the convenience of being at the center of it all! Start and end your day on the balcony, overlooking the Cumberland River. It's just a short walk to Germantown (less than a mile/20 mins) to enjoy a cup of truely artisanal coffee from Barista Parlor (1230 4th Ave N.) There's also many great Germantown restaurants that beg to be experienced while you're in town...just to name a few: City House (1222 4th Ave N: you can't go wrong with any of their pizzas) Rolf & Daughters (700 Taylor St-start with their sourdough bread and seaweed butter) or 5th and Taylor (5th Ave N & Taylor St-great Brunch spot: try their granola. Also a great patio spot for cocktails.) Strongly recommend making reservations in advance.
The Nashville Farmer's Market is a great day event (900 Rosa L. Parks Blvd) their food court is a great food experience! After the Farmer's Market you'll be close enough to walk around Bicentennial Start Park. If you're able catch a Nashville Sounds game! Buy the Band Box tickets, great outdoor bar and patio! http://thebandboxnashville.com/about/
And then there's always plenty to do on Broadway...Acme Feed & Seed offers 3 floors plus some awesome Nashville views from the rooftop bar. Then there's Tootsie's-always a great music spot!
