Very comfortable and quiet, even during the Mistral winds. The layout was a big hit with our children (3 and 6 yrs old) who loved the loft area! It's location on a quiet side street makes for easy walking to all points in Arles - shopping, dining (Le Gaboulet just around the corner), the weekend street markets, all were very easy to access even with the young children. Although parking options can be limited I was able to find a spot every night, usually within an easy 100m walk to the flat. The entryway at the bottom of the stairs allowed for easy storage of our pram (stroller). The owner's representative worked with us on all dealings with the rental and was truly outstanding; she provided a wonderful warm welcome and easily accommodated our changed schedule, allowing us to extend this rental longer. A high quality flat delivering an outstanding experience - highly recommend!
The flat was beautiful.We arrived very late, but inspite of that the owner sent us the keys with her assistant, who helped us find a parking spot in the night.
Everything in the house was in good condition, and child friendly...They loved the loft area. The flat was just right for 3 grown ups and 2 kids. This place is centrally located & we were walking distance from everything, the Rhone river, the Arena, the Van Gogh areas, most restaurants.
We spent 8 days here enjoyed every moment. We will definitely come back.

We rented this magnificent apartment for 19 days; it was everything the advertisement indicated. Beautifully remodeled, all equipment was in fantastic condition. The flat is superbly lit during the day, very comfortable and quiet at night. It is centrally located to all types of locations in Arles easily reached on foot, even with two young children as we had. I was here for work and my schedule changed numerous times requiring me to request multiple extensions from the owner to my apartment rental contract, all graciously and easily accomodated. Her wonderful assistant went out of her way to meet with us for periodic payments and contract updates - the owner even created a specific contract in English so I could claim easier reimbursement upon returning home. Our children loved the loft area; as kid-friendly as it is accomodating to adults. Parking can be found along the river without too much trouble; if required to park further away it''s still an easy walk to the flat. We would have loved to stay longer and will look forward to returning again - a wonderful owner, an excellent flat, a delightful experience!"

Une solution optimale pour une famille de quatre personnes. Très impressionnant et suggestive la vue de la cuisine donnant sur les fenetres gotiques de l'église du precheurs!Le seul défaut: c'est difficile de garer la voiture dans les environs de l'immeuble.
Appartamento molto carino e pulito. Adatto a persone senza figli. Veramente centrale e vicino a negozi e centri di interesse. Era presente solo la biancheria da letto e bagno e non da cucina. Ottima soluzione per visitare Arles e i dintorni.
