We have stayed here three times now. We love Venice and this apartment--a perfect location on a small campo, an easy walk from everywhere we want to go but in a quiet area. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished and equipped. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Our checked bags did not make the transfer in Munich and came the day afterwards--the owner dealt with the baggage people for us and followed up to make sure that the suitcases were delivered. Several excellent restaurants are a few steps away. We highly recommend staying here.
`We loved the apartment. It was very centrally located and within walking distance to the Rialto bridge and the open fish and produce market. The owners Laurie and Carlo were helpful with providing any information we needed. The apartment had all the kitchen amenities and had a stock of the basics we needed. We enjoyed listening to the church bells everyday and being able to just go downstairs for a quick bite. The bed was very comfortable with two full baths. We would definately stay here when we visit Venice again.

My wife, 2 daughters (8 and 13), and I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of July. We had a great time here and would definately come back again (I am also recommending this house to friends and co-workers). The area is very safe, people are friendly, and you have access to all parts of Venice by either foot or Vapareto. The house is very clean, and everything advertised works. The fresh market and fish market are right down the street and a must see. Stores and restaurants are in all directions. One day we walked from St. Marks Square back to the house in 45 minutes (we could have done it in 15 but had to stop for numerous photo oportunites). I always had a map and compass (boy scout) to keep me on the right path, as walking through Venice is like being in a huge maze with canal and brickwall deadends. If you arrive by Vapareto, there is one bridge that you must cross, so take this into account if you have trouble walking; although, anywhere you go in Venice, you may find the same obsticle. I'm sure you will enjoy your stay here.
My husband, I and our 11 year old stayed here in April 2011. It was absolutely beautiful, and we loved our stay. The apartment is over a little bridge, right on a small canal. It is on the 1st floor, so up one flight of steps. It is very close to the Rialto market, on a sweet small campo (square) with a beautiful church and several shops. It was very clean, and recently redone. There is a spacious living room with a kitchen areas - sink, frig, microwave, toaster and electric stove top. Plenty of dishes and supplies. We used the single fold our chair/bed, but there was also a double sofa bed in the room. The apt has wood floors throughout. There is a separate bedroom, with it's own bathroom that included a bathtub! There is a washing machine. There is also a second bathroom with a shower. Owners met us at the apt and were very kind. We would LOVE to stay here again.
