About the property

Located in the heart of the Pas Valley and opened in May 2010, the House of Bustantegua is the ideal place to enjoy a few days in a magical place.

To nature and authentic taste of rural tourism is our hallmark. Our customers are our best guarantee.

Divided into two floors of 75 m2 each, with up to 8 people. All she has central heating.

The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

Through an elegant staircase you access to the upper floor there are 3 beautiful rooms. Two double rooms, with individual balconies with beautiful views and a twin. For children we have a small room with bunk beds. The plant is complete with a double bath.

Outside we have two porches and private parking.

A large landscaped garden, with barbecue and benches around the house.

The house is located in the District of Bustantegua, 5 km from Selaya, a town that has all the services and is famous for its soba and Quesada. Integrated into the landscape pasiego typical cottages, lush green meadows and forests, is situated in the center of the province so that everything is close at hand.

Service offer guided hikes both the Pas Valleys area and the rest of the province.

Built entirely of nobles, the house is the starting point for an unforgettable stay. We wait.

"The house was spotlessly...

"The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The surrounding area ensures a peaceful and tranquil time with stunning views across the valley. The house contains pretty much everything you would need but if you like to drink tea then bring a large mug as the cups are quite small. Also, wifi is not available which may disappoint some technophobes. Access is fine except for a steep drive and steps to the side paved access which may prove awkward if you are unsteady on your feet."

Bordeaux environs

Belle rénovation pour cette maison avec jolies vues sur les montagnes.

Maison en parfaite harmonie avec l'environnement montagne et nature. Habitation conforme à la description. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et étant à 10 minutes, ils répondent tout de suite en cas de besoin. Le point de vue et superbe. De petits chemins faciles d'accès assurent de belles promenades en famille derrière la maison. Selaya est un village, à 10 minutes, dans la vallée où l'on peut trouver tout ce qu'il faut pour faire des courses ou prendre un verre dans un bar. Les paysages sont beaux, vastes et reposants. Les voisins agréables.

Les plages restent assez loin. Les plus près à 45 minutes voir plus mais très jolies. La plaine du phare et les plages de Santander sont agréables et la ville est riche d'activités variées.

Très pratique, Il y également un lit bébé pliant et une chaise haute à disposition. Le linge de maison est abondant et de bonne qualité.

Pour parfaire l'équipement de la cuisine, il faudrait rajouter quelques plats pour le four + un ou deux saladiers de plus, des ciseaux cuisine et une poêle plus grande et un gant pour sortir le plat du four. Un peu plus d'équipement pour le barbecue/grille...

Nous n'avons pas eu les deux chaises longues comme sur la photo. Peut-être un oubli? Dommage pour la sieste...

Nous avons regretté les épandages malodorants et réguliers dans les prairies à proximité de la maison par les fermiers (vaches laitières en grande partie). Beaucoup de chiens, en liberté , qui aboient souvent mais qui restent sympathiques dans l'ensemble.

Merci aux propriétaires pour leur amabilité et les nombreux conseils fournis, en espagnol, à notre arrivée. Bonne continuation.
