Why Anna Casares chose Le Port

This apartment is super as it is very comfortable. It is situated right opposite the fountains of the Acropolis with a beautiful view of the gardens from every room in the apartment. We are close to all the shops, restaurants, the tram way and Place Garibaldi which is only five minutes on foot away. The new Coulet Vetrt (which has just opened) is also only five minutes walk. If you want to go to the beach or do some shopping, everything is close by and this is the place to stay! I love it!!

Excellent location in Nice

A very nice and clean flat, well equipped (washing machine, dish washer, telephone etc.)inluding a car park, which was really a benefit.From our point of view it was perfect, because we either had the chance to go by tram or by foot to "explore" Nice. The restaurants in the direct neighbourhood (5-10 min walk) are fine and the view from the balcony on some pieces of art from the near-by museum park was another plus. The owner handled the reservation form from the beginning with all the payments absolutely correct and we had never the feeling of mistrust. Putting all things together we enjoyed the stay in this flat very much and we can highly recommend this to friends and in the case to visit Nice again we will try to rent it again.

Great apartment in a good location.

A charming apartment with a car space. In a good location on the edge of Old Nice and an easy walk down to the promenade. Well equipped,comfortable and spacious. Anna was very efficient and helpful, always replying promptly to any enquiries. A good selection of supermarkets nearby.

2 mois de pur bonheur dans ce bel appartement. Nous nous sentions chez-nous.

L'appartement est très éclairé, meublé chaleureusement avec tout le confort souhaité. Situation idéale. Près de tous les centres d'intérêt de Nice...Pas besoin d'auto seulement une bonne paire de soulier. Anna et Michel, les propriétaires, sont des gens charmants. Nous y retournerons l'hiver prochain...
