Worked perfectly for our stay. We were attending a conference at the Grand Hyatt but weren’t interested in paying the exorbitant resort rates. This was less than half that price, about as close to a bargain you will find on Kauai.
The Palm Room was well appointed and the bathroom was huge.
The 10 min.walk to the Hyatt was a perfect way to start the day.
The owners were very friendly and helpful. The check in and check out process were simple and worked well.
It would be nice to have more comfortable seating on the little lanai so one could relax outside.
All in all we had a very good experience.

We loved it. A nice quiet studio surrounded by lush greenery. The Poipu beaches are a short walk away. Plus a greenway to walk for exercise. You have everything you need within a mile. The room was excellent and in pristine condition. The fridge and microwave were a big help. Big bathroom too. The private patio was our daily breakfast spot. Highly recommend for a couple that wants time away together.

The studio is located in a beautiful spot within walking distance from beach and eateries. No need for car though we had rental. Walked everyday to breakfast and strolls on the beach. Safe area all around.
Quiet but with plenty of visitors in nearby rooms at same address. The studio has beach equipment; all clean. Space was ample for two and bathroom comes with extra towels and toileteries as well. Nice having a fresh cup of coffee in our room too. Everything in the room works and is in good condition. Bed was comfty which is always a consideration each time we travel...no lumpy mattress here and room has extra blankies💖

It was nice and clean and the owner was great, however I felt like the ad lead us to believe that it was very close to the beach and pool but it was about a mile away from the beach. Also the pool was a good 15 -20 minute walk away, although we got lost because we tried to find it at night so maybe if you knew how to get there it would be closer. I guess I had just assumed the pool would have been closer. If you don’t care about those things then I think it would be a good fit, The bed was comfy and the fridge was nice. They left some chocolates which was fun and had some beach supplies you could use. Nice shower and towels.

A short walk (5 - 10 minutes) down to 3 different beaches. Short drives to fantastic restaurants and Longs (CVS) for groceries.You have to check out Koloa Fish Market up the road too. Great deals on Poke bowls!
The studio was very clean, Diane left us a new bag of delicious coffee and chocolate covered macadamia nuts to enjoy. It was exactly what we were looking for.
Walk-in shower was really nice and the ability to cool down using the AC was convenient.
Definitely would stay here again.
