About Denise Trentham
Bob is a native Californian that enjoyed the eastern Sierras as a youngster with his family. Denise grew up in New Hampshire and has always had a passion for trees, trees, and more trees! Bob retired several years ago after more than 30 years as a firefighter. Denise followed suit a few years later after a three decade career in education. We currently split our time between California and Orange Beach, Alabama.

My husband, Bob, and I have been enjoying the Mammoth Lakes area for many years. With retirement looming, we spent several summers camping in the RV park and making the occasional trip in the winter for skiing. We were blessed to find this beautiful condo that lets us enjoy all that Mammoth has to offer: great golf, fishing, hiking and skiing. This unit is centrally located but feels secluded. With golf and skiing so close, it is the ideal place to enjoy year round. We spend several months each year in the unit and have equipped it unlike the typical rental found in the area. We wanted renters to feel right at home with everything they could possibly want or need during their stay. You will find Italian china, a plethora of cooking utensils, and high end appliances. We supply all linens, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, body lotion, dish soap, dishwashing pods, tp, paper towels and cooking spices. We hope you feel as though your experience is more like visiting a friend's home rather than a standard rental unit.
What makes this Condo unique
So close to everything but feels very secluded! The Eagle Lodge is 1/2 mile close. Sam's Woodsite and the Mammoth Mountain Brewery are an easy stroll. Sierra Star Golf Club is a pitching wedge away! The complex has heated underground parking with two spaces per unit, a big plus during the snowy winter months. Ski lockers are provided in the garage to stow gear. The hot tub is just steps from the back door. Part of the 'back yard' is the 16th fairway and green! A great value for an exceptional unit!

Amazing Stay, you will not regret it.
We just returned from our wonderful stay in Mammoth and this wonderful condo. The condo was amazing: it was super clean (big plus because I have allergies), perfectly stocked with all things needed and more, and the owners are wonderful. It made our Spring Break with our children a very pleasant experience. It was roomy for our small family and our children especially enjoyed being able to play in the "woods" right outside the patio, were we could keep an eye on them. I will definitely return and highly recommend this condo.

Great Place; Great Value
The place is very clean, great location near the Village and not far from other shops, the market and restaurants, convenient garage parking, nice furniture, quality TVs and appliances, etc... And Denise (the owner) is very, very nice and very responsive and helpful. It is also a great value. A+ at its price point.
Cozy and Amazing Place! Just PERFECT, Will Book Again!
This was such a great spot to stay. It was perfect for two couples (which is what we were, so the separate bathrooms were great) or a family of 4. Stocked kitchen with appliances, washer/dryer for longer stays or wet clothes from a day on the mountains, and a gas fireplace was cozy! We stayed here for 4 days for a ski/snowboarding trip and it was perfect, super close to the hill for the quick morning drive. Even though it was great weather while we were there, the secure HEATED garage was nice to be able to park in and this would come in extra handy during an overnight snowfall! Everything in the condo is pretty up to date and didn't seem dated. The smart tv's are great too for the evening in. Was even able to simply sign in to my Amazon account and catch a few episodes of our latest binge.
The owner, Denise was super accommodating and easy to work with. Between the great communication and the well thought out directions for driving, arrival, and during your stay, she shows that she really cares that you have a comfortable and enjoyable time. Next time we come up to Mammoth, this is the FIRST place we are going to look to book! Thanks Denise!
Excellent place. Plenty of room.
This place was super clean and comfy for 3 adults + 1 toddler. The hallway was long enough and the rooms were separated enough that if our toddler woke up, she didn't wake the entire place. The decor is elegant and not cluttered. The rooms all have separate thermostats. The hosts were very responsive and we had no issues. It also took about 10 mins to get to Eagle Lodge via the Green Line - I was out the door at 8:30 and on the lift by 8:45. We would definitely stay here again.
Lastly, this unit in particular has close access to the elevator and the jacuzzi - both pluses.

Best value in Mammoth, and don't read into "value" as a code word for not that nice. The accommodations are great and the location is incredible, a short shuttle ride away from Eagle or walk (less than half a mile). My favorite place I've booked in Mammoth thus far!
