The apart was OK, not the best, the fridge was very smelly of fish, my husband cleaned it but the smell lasted the full week, no English speaking TV ,we had to wait in all day to get our deposit back at 6 pm so we lost that day, the apartment is a 25 min walk to the centre and we are not very good on our legs,the chairs are not very comfor table, and the settee was a put me up bed ,overall we would not go back needs up dating,it was very cold and the oil heater kept tripping the lights so we had no heating

"Event the flat is not so close to the town center, the apartment and the conditions are great (2 swimming pools in the complex, interior garden,etc). It is an ideal apartment for groups of 4 or 6 friends!"

Grand et pratique.

Grand appartement et bien placer, hormis un peu loin de la mer à pied, mais vite rendu en voiture. Terrasse spacieuse, calme et bien orienté.

Sejour très agréable avec 2 superbes piscines dans un terrain très bien arboré et entretenu.

Preis-Leistungssieger - groß und recht zentral

Große Fewo bequem für 4 Personen geeignet!

Liegt in einer etwas älteren Anlage, dort sind 2 gepflegte Außenpools und auch eine Tiefgarage zur Benutzung. Einen sehr kleinen Innenpool und eine Tischtennisplatte habe ich auch entdeckt.

Zum Supermarkt und zur Innenstadt sind es je nur 10 Gehminuten, zum Strand eher 15-20.

Die Ausstattung ist reichlich, und von mittlerer Qualität. Innen und außen sind reichlich Sizgelegenheiten vorhanden. Auch ein kleiner Garten gehört zur Fewo.

Nicht verheimlichen sollte man die U-Bahn, die direkt am Gelände vorbeiführt und zwar nicht die ganze Nacht, aber doch schon recht früh fährt.

Wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt, und würden die Wohnung auch wieder buchen.

Superb apartment with a private patio

This apartment is very convenient for a family with small children: several terraces, two bathrooms, a private patio.

Quiet location, good neighbors, parking.

500m radius you will find everything: Hypermarket, supermarkets, boutiques, sports grounds, park, subway stations. From the apartment door to the center of Malaga it took us 30 minutes to get there.

The apartment accumulated valuable collection of books, which is really worth to see.

We vacationed in the winter, and in the evenings a lot of fun pampering in Roman bath or a sauna.

The guests were greeted by a very funny lady Mercedes.

Un excellent séjour

Un appartement très agréable grâce notamment aux terrasses et au beau jardin qui permettent de prendre les repas en extérieur et de profiter du soleil. Des commerces à proximité mais la plage est un peu éloignée pour s'y rendre à pieds (environ 1km300).

Nous avons été déçus de ne pas pouvoir profiter du jacuzzi et du sauna qui n'étaient pas en service sachant que ces équipements ont contribué à notre choix pour cette location.

Il est vrai que la situation dominante de l'appartement, si elle permet une jolie vue sur la mer, oblige en revanche à marcher un peu si l'on n'utilise pas la voiture. Je profiterai de votre commentaire pour préciser dans mon annonce que le jacuzzi et le sauna fonctionnent en hiver, en alternance avec les piscines ouvertes à la bonne saison (printemps, été, automne).
