The apart was OK, not the best, the fridge was very smelly of fish, my husband cleaned it but the smell lasted the full week, no English speaking TV ,we had to wait in all day to get our deposit back at 6 pm so we lost that day, the apartment is a 25 min walk to the centre and we are not very good on our legs,the chairs are not very comfor table, and the settee was a put me up bed ,overall we would not go back needs up dating,it was very cold and the oil heater kept tripping the lights so we had no heating

"Event the flat is not so close to the town center, the apartment and the conditions are great (2 swimming pools in the complex, interior garden,etc). It is an ideal apartment for groups of 4 or 6 friends!"

Buen sitio para alojarse

La vivienda es cómoda y esta muy bien, hay detalles mejorables pero en general el alojamiento merece la pena. Las piscinas que tiene son una pasada y no están muy concurridas, las hemos aprovechado al máximo. La pena es la excesiva distancia con la playa, aunque se puede ir en coche aparcar es muy difícil.

Bel appartement qui a besoin d'amour.

Nous avons habité cet appartement du 15 janvier au 10 avril. Très grand appartement bien équipé et surtout bien orienté pour le soleil avec une grande terrasse à l’abri des vents dominants. Situé un peu loin de la mer, mais très calme avec un grand jardin privé. Malheureusement, l’appartement était très sale lors de notre arrivée. Le mobilier est quelque peu vétuste et les fauteuils très inconfortables. Il faut éviter de louer cet appartement en hiver, car il est impossible à chauffer convenablement malgré les calorifères d’appoint. En conséquence, le coût de l’électricité pendant cette période est très élevé et fait en sorte de rendre ce logement beaucoup plus dispendieux que d’autres logements équivalents à proximité. La propriétaire a été cependant très affable et compréhensive.

Owner's Response: Pour répondre à la remarque sur le chauffage, il faut savoir que cet hiver a été anormalement froid et pluvieux en Andalousie, région où l'on est peu habitués à utiliser le chauffage central. Les radiateurs électriques avaient été suffisants jusqu'à présent. En fait, le coût supplémentaire de l'électricité a été de 3,49 € par jour. Des réparations sont prévues pour éviter la déperdition de chaleur: il suffira de boucher les grilles d'aération de la cuisine en hiver. Enfin, pour la suite, soyez assurés qu'un nouveau service de nettoyage sera requis et mis en place.

Grand et pratique.

Grand appartement et bien placer, hormis un peu loin de la mer à pied, mais vite rendu en voiture. Terrasse spacieuse, calme et bien orienté.

Sejour très agréable avec 2 superbes piscines dans un terrain très bien arboré et entretenu.

Propriétaire à l'écoute.
