El Solei is a beautiful villa located in Puig-Surís, in a quiet, safe and sunny neighbourhood with breathtaking mountain views. Situated only 2 km. from Banyoles lake, 15 km. from Natural Park of the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone, 35 km. from the magnificent Costa Brava beaches, 25 km. from the Girona International Airport and 115 km. from Barcelona city.

The house has got a capacity from 6 up to 14 people. It's a spacious house with 5 bedrooms (one is adapted for handicapped people), three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, toaster...), a large living room - dining room with TV, TV satellite, DVD, radio-CD, air conditioning, fireplace, internet access,...

Outside there is a big garden of 1.000m2 with swings and a slide for children, a tennis table, a basketball hoop, a little house for children, garden furniture, a large wooden covered porch with barbecue which is ideal for eating outside all year round, an enormous private swimming-pool of 10x5m with saline treatment.

- Take the exit number 6 of the motorway AP-7 (E-15) going on direction to Banyoles.

- There are 9 km. of main road (C-66).

- Take the exit 'Banyoles-Sud - Mata' (C-150).

- After the first traffic light, turn left (this is Mn. Ramon Avellana Road).

- Always go straight, after 1 km. you will cross a traffic light but you must go straight.

- After 1 km., When you can not go straight, then, turn left (Direction to Pujarnol: GIV-5247).

- After 1 km. approx. turn right, road direction to 'Puig Surís'.

- Go straight you will climb a mountain during 1 km. Finally, you will find a crossing and a house, then, you must choose the left road and 100 meters you will find the house El Solei (the gate of the garden is in front of the Can Pons Restaurant)

There is paved access to the house.

The house is perfect for your holidays with friends, with family or for meetings, celebrations, birthdays ... or simply to rest and relax.

The ideal situation of the house allows you to do a variety of routes to the entire lake and its natural sites of interest declared. Or if you prefer, you can do different excursions in the province of Girona since the house is located in the heart of the surrounding region.
