To have a pleasant holiday in a big city like Paris, what matters most to us, is:
- Central location close to main tourist attractions, yet in a residential neighborhood, allowing you to easily do your shopping at local markets and stores.
- Quiet and peaceful, for a good night’s sleep after a long day of sightseeing.
- Modern equipment and comforts. Despite the charm of some ancient buildings, we want to be sure that in our apartment, there is sufficient hot water for everyone for a decent shower or bath, a lift that is big enough so that you need not climb up the stairs with your luggage, a fully equipped kitchen, and finally, that it is in superb condition and perfectly clean.
This is why we chose and equipped our apartment in Paris, to meet the needs of anyone seeking a quality holiday rental, just like we do when we’re travelling ourselves.

We spent 4 nights in this well appointed convenient apartment. It was exceptionally clean and provided everything you could require for your stay. The quality and condition were just as the photos reflected - chic and modern. The beds were comfortable, latest appliances, beautiful bathroom, quiet position with lovely outlook. We enjoy being in the Bastille/Marais area so was perfect for us. It has the bus running outside the door to main attractions and metro only a few minutes walk away. We felt very safe in the area. Bastille Opera House only five minutes walk.
Most importantly though was the excellent communication and advice provided by Lars and Martine before and during visit.
For a couple or couple and child or two singles I would thoroughly recommend this apartment. Would certainly return next time in Paris.
This was our first time staying at this property and would do so again. The apartment is well located and convenient to the Metro. The building is secure and the apartment is quiet, comfortable and well appointed. It is also easy walking distance to restaurants and sights. The outdoor market on Thursdays and Sundays is close and well worth exploring. Lastly, both Lars and Martine were easy to communicate with and accommodating.
"Nice room with TV, audio set, DVD. Neat kitchen, clean and comfortable bath room. Toilet is clean and separated. Everything is perfectly prepared. The location is perfect. Only 30 seconds walk to the Bastille marche (on Thursday and Sunday).
It was amazing welcoming hospitality with a bottle of wine and breakfast for next morning. I didn't need anything to buy for washing clothes or dishes. Even shampoo, conditioner, body wash (of BODYSHOP) was there!"

Tel que présenté sur le site, spacieux, très propre, bien équipé et très bien entretenu. Nous avons eu un accueil impeccable et chaleureux avec la représentante. Il y a un guide très bien fait dans l'appartement et nous avons eu de bons conseils de la représentante du locateur. Les informations reçues du locuteur au moment de louer étaient précises exactes. C'est un bel appartement très tranquille dans un immeuble de classe très bien situé.
Nous le recommanderons certainement.

El apartamento es de lo mejor en los que me he alojado, no solo en España, sino en otras ciudades de Europa.
La situación perfecta. A cinco minutos andando a la Plaza de los Vosgues. A la plaza de la Bastilla se puede ir andando perfectamente, unos 12 minutos. La linea de metro nº. 8, estación de Chemin Vert a 3 minutos del apartamento, muy bien comunicada.
El autobús no lo cogimos, pero pasaba por la puerta. Tienes cafés y bristros por toda la zona. Hay una tienda de congelados y un pequeño supermercado que te facilita si quieres comprar algo de comida y bebida.
Ahora toca hablar del apartamento. En vivo es mucho mejor que las fotos. Limpio, ordenado, acogedor, tranquilo. La decoración exquisita, nada cargante. Eso si, es ideal para adultos, si piensas ir con niños pequeños no te lo aconsejo. Es un apartamento para cuidarlo. No le falta detalle. Las persianas y los toldos, automáticos, aprietas un botón, subes y bajas persianas a tu antojo. Si duermes en la habitación "zen", yo la he bautizado con ese nombre, es una gozada. Tienes un biombo, que puedes cerrar las tres hojas, cierras las dos puertas correderas de los lados y perfecto para descansar.
Bueno, después de todo este "rollo" que he soltado, toca hablar del dueño.
En persona no tengo el gusto de conocerlo. Hemos hablado mucho por Internet, preguntando cosas, dudas, etc.
Pero os digo una cosa. Viendo el apartamento, con el mimo y el cuidado que lo tiene solo tengo una palabra para describirlo. IMPRESIONANTE.
De verdad si pensáis ir a París, comprobarlo por vosotros mismos. Cien por cien aconsejable.
No se cuando volveré, pero si tengo claro donde me alojare.
