Las Casas de Moratín Moratín is a complex made up of 5 houses situated in Calle Moratín, in the heart of Seville.
The comfortable apartments are built on two floors. They sleep 2 to 10 people (depending on the house) and are fully equipped. All houses include a free Wifi connection during your stay.

This is a three-floor, 180 m2 apartment.
On the first floor, there is a large living room with a double sofa bed and the master bedroom, which includes a private bathroom and dressing room. The entry hall and kitchen are in the mezzanine.
On the second floor, there are two double bedrooms with they own bathroom, and a small living room with double sofa-bed
The apartment has (hot and cold) air conditioning in all of the rooms, a television and an iron. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, a fridge, an oven and a microwave.

Our houses are situated in the most charming area of the city; an exceptional place for tourism, for walking and for enjoying the climate and the streets. In this area, one not-to-be missed monument is the Giralda, which is now the Cathedral tower, one of the highest in Christian churches. Other places of interest include the Alcázar, the Torre del Oro, the Casa de Pilatos, the City Hall, the Archivo de Indias, the Fine Arts Museum (the second largest in Spain in number of paintings), as well as the many convents, churches and palaces.
My family of 5 (me, husband and three grown kids) had a wonderful stay at this spacious apartment in Sevilla last week. It is in easy walking distance of everything you want to do, yet it is not smack in the middle of the tourism circus. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, beds comfortable, 3 separate bathrooms and plenty of lounging space. Very well equipped kitchen, fridge with water and ice through the door! Only downside: the windows look out over an alleyway so not much sunlight. Also next to a noisy garage. Wasn't a problem for us since we were out for most of the day and the garage seemed to stop operating about midnight. There is private parking about 1/2 a block from the apartment for a small extra fee. Tomas, the owner, was very cordial and anxious for us to have a great stay. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Sevilla, especially for a group of couples or family with older kids.

Nicholas could not have been more kind. He even parked our car for us (in a small elevator garage!). The place was spotless, air conditioned and very close to the downtown area. I would recommend this highly.
Spacious townhouse appartment in a quiet small street right in the centre of Sevilla.
With four adults we had all the space we wanted.
The appartment has airconditiong, which works very well. For the chilly morning hours the house is centrally heated.
We really enjoyed our stay in Sevilla and can highly recommend the location.

We had a nice stay at this property. We were a group of five adults and a toddler.
- The caretakers Nicolas and Teo are very nice people who really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us.
- The location is really fantastic with virtually everything reachable by foot. We had a car with us but hardly needed to use it.
- The property is not very baby-friendly. Our 15-month old son was all over the place and with multiple stairs and some fancy furniture we were constantly on edge. This is not a knock against the apartment, though, just a caveat emptor in case you're traveling with young children.
- There is a washing machine but no dryer - so make sure you ask for a drying rack for your washed clothes!
We had a great time in Seville and highly recommend this property.
Four of us (two couples) spent three nights at Casa de Moratin at the end of June. It is a beautiful old house, well-maintained and comfortable. The air conditioning was very nice, since the weather was very hot when we were there. Someone met us at the apartment and gave us all the information we needed. It was a 5-minute walk from the historic center of town and the cathedral. We would definitely recommend Casa de Moratin to friends or family traveling together.
