I stayed in this apartment for 2 months in 2015. It had everything I needed or wanted. Fantastic location in the middle of the Le Marais. Shops, restaurants, Metro, just so convenient. After 2 months it felt like my home away from home. I would certainly stay here again.
The apartment was very well organized and had everything we required. The location was fantastic.
Nice apartment, in the middle of Le Marais. On a quite street, just a few blocks from the St. Paul metro stop, so easy to get everywhere. For walkers, easy to get to Ile de la Cite, Jewish quarter, Pompidou. Lots of good shops and eating nearby (try La Favorite for breakfast or lunch). The apartment is as described. It is quiet, though it seems renovation was just started on an apartment 2 floors below, which may make for some weekday noise if you're not out and about. It is a studio with a loft. The four flights up the stairs in the building will not be for everyone. The staircase to the loft and the tight overhead for that bed will also not be for everyone. Both the loft bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable. Customer service was very good; Mr. Amine (the local contact) was always very helpful, and had good tips for what to do and see in the area if you're new. Overall, I give the site high marks - we very much enjoyed our stay.
This apartment is a great value for residence in my favorite neighborhood of Paris. It was comfortable and clean, and the manager, Amine, was very accommodating, always on time, so helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend this apartment for someone of a younger age, the low ceiling in the loft was a little difficult for me and my husband because we are older but it was exactly as presented on the web site, so I am not complaining at all. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. There are a lot of great places to eat and shop nearby, and it is close to Metro stops.
I had a great stay at this apartment. Nicely located, very confortable and it has everything you may need for a month stay or more. Just bring your clothes and you're set. There are four supermarkets around the block, super close to Place des Vosges and on sunday there is the market on the Bastille. I always come to Paris, and I am really pleased to have found this location. Thank you Yvon for everything!
Whether you arrive by air or rail, access to the apartment is very easy. The subway metro St Paul and Sully Morland are in 300 meters. Bus lines serve several stations and cross in 200 meters at the end of St Paul Street. Several kept car parks are situated in a radius of 500 meters.
The Marais is known for its shops and for being a trendy area with its night life.
It’s the center and oldest part of Paris.
On the Rive Droite the right bank of the Seine river, at the foot of St Paul Village, the studio is a few steps away from the Seine river in front of the Ile St Louis, the Place des Vosges and the Place Ste Catherine. The places of the Hotel de Ville, the Bastille and the Republique are close. The place Beaubourg with the Centre Georges Pompidou is 900 meters. A few minutes walk you can discover many museums like the Picasso, Carnavalet, Cognacq Jay, Arts et Métiers, Hotel de Sully, Maison de Victor Hugo, etc…. The Louvre museum is also nearby.
On the Rive Gauche the left bank of the river, in 5 minutes you find the Institut du Monde Arabe. Always in feet, you arrived in 15 minutes at the Ile de la Cité, the cathédrale Notre Dame, the Place St Michel, the museum of the Moyen Age, etc…
The Orsay museum is also nearby.
