This bright and warm corner apartment is on the third floor of a tidy block situated in a quite part of Qawra, several metres away from the sea-shore and central amenities. Facing south-east, it enjoys all-day sunshine and open sea views from the large main bedroom with ensuite, and from the living room which adjoins a separate and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Both the main bedroom and the living room have direct access to a large open-air front balcony along the whole facade. The second bedroom also comes with a balcony with side sea views. An entrance hall, a main bathroom and a third bedroom complete a spacious yet very cosy layout. The apartment is served with a lock-up garage, private lift, intercom, air-conditioning, card phone, internet access, blackout curtains, emergency lighting and fire protection equipment. It is licensed under the Malta Tourism Authority.
With many years experience in the business and hospitality activity, me and my wife Caroline dedicate much of our time to renting our nice holiday apartment, practically attending to all the needs and work involved ourselves, thus keeping a hands-on contact with things.

Tranquil place where me and my friends used to go for a swim when we were kids - when Qawra was just an open stretch of land and sea.
More than the tranquil location and the facilities the apartment offers, it is our dedication and care that guaranteess our guests a tranquil holiday. Yet, watching sunrise over the deep blue sea from the comfort of the main bedroom or the living room is a wonderful experience that must be mentioned.
Our party of 6 stayed here in September 2016 for 10 days. I honestly cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Joseph and his wife are so lovely and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them!
The apartment itself is very well situated - close enough to everything you need but still quiet with lovely views over the water - and has the most amazing sunrise from the balcony every morning!
All 3 double bedrooms are very spacious with lots of storage. There is air conditioning throughout the apartment with the exception of one bedroom - however there is a very big upright fan that can be directed from the hall right into the bedroom and when the air conditioning is on this circulates the cool air. To be honest when we were there and even though it was really hot during the day we didn't feel the need to have the air conditioning on all the time because it's every effective and gets too cold!
There is everything you need in the apartment - books, dvd's, cots for wee ones if they are required, lots of clean linen and towels - even spare beach towels if you need them! The storage cupboard even stocks items like washing powder and washing up liquid. The apartment is also very well maintained and very clean.
There are lots of amenities nearby - plenty of little convenience shops for essentials, restaurants that are open from breakfast time - you are actually spoilt for choice. But you don't see or hear any of this the way the apartment is situated as the main balcony is overlooking the water.
I did a lot of research when looking for a property for our holiday and this was one that was one of four that I had shortlisted. Although the other apartments looked just as good I went with my instinct and chose this one - as I am so glad I did. It really is a proper home from home and very good value for money - and quite honestly I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else! We love Malta and intend to visit often - and this apartment will always be my first choice!
This apartment is modern, spacious, clean and generally well-presented. The kitchen is equipped with all you need for a short stay and the lounge is comfortable and has great sea views from which you can watch the sunrise. Joseph, the owner, was helpful and efficient. Cots and highchairs were provided for our twins and the apartment was fairly child safe. Joseph also provided some basic groceries as a welcome upon our arrival. Though the apartment is situated on Tourist Street the apartment is not plagued by noisy bars in comparison to some parts of Bugibba and Qawra.I would recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in this part of Malta.
When I go back to Malta, I would like to stay there again! The apartment is so sweet, vast and beautiful! There were 7 of us and we had our great time while living together! We had our moments alone with ourselves, then we had funny moments around the kitchen table and it all happened in the same apartment. I recommend it to everyone! Thank you, Joseph! You are a really kind person! And your neighbours are kind people :) Hope to see you this year again!
Just returned from a fantastic 2 week stay at Belvedere Court. We booked the apartment after reading the justified reviews. It has a comfort class rating ,but it is far superior to the one we rented last year.Which was advertised as luxury. (it was not).This one however has by far surpassed our expectations. It had all you would need and more. We had one minor problem which was dealt with very quickly by Joseph the owner,who is just a phone call away.Close to all amenities. Bus terminus is only a few minutes walk away. All day multi journey go anywhere ticket only 2 euro 60.
Will we go back to this apartment ? Absolutely. Is it worth a 5* review ? Without a doubt.

My Family and I have just spent 10 days in this property, when you book "blind" you dont know what to expect, photo's can be deceiving. In this case they were not, the standard and quality of this apartment is excellent, yes, we had a couple of hiccups but these were speedily solved with the help of the owner. We were transported to and from the airport by Joseph and his Son Stephen, there was a very generous welcome pack and the accomodation was very clean, well equipped and beautifully furnished. We will definately be using this again.

As for Malta if you have never visited you dont know what you are missing, Wonderful place full of interest, history, sun sea, and lovely friendly people, oh yes, the food is good too.

A sea-side resort in the north of Malta, Qawra is very popular with visitors as it offers the right combination of tranquility and entertainment, the ideal elements for a perfect holiday in all seasons. Its coastline promenade offers spectacular views of the historical St. Paul's Islands and renders Qawra within walking distance from St Paul's Bay, itself a traditional fishing village, Salina Bay, with its famous salt pans, and Bugibba, a modern leisure and entertainment centre.
