The apartment consists of:
TWO GREAT ROOMS: One (40 m) with two sofas and a coffee table between them, plus a dining table a group of 8 people. The other (25 m), with a chaise-longue and two chairs where you can watch TV. From the latter, there is access to the terrace of 30 meters which has a table with four chairs where you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner, sunbathing, etc.
There is also a LIBRARY with table space to work, situated between the two rooms.
BLUE ROOM (has two windows) with double bed, a bedside table, dresser, study chair and a wardrobe.
YELLOW ROOM (has a window): a double bed, bedside table, desk and chair, wardrobe.
ROOM OCRE (has two windows): a double bed, two nightstands, a table and a chair, a comfortable 4-drawer and closet.
WHITE ROOM (has three windows overlooking an interior space but with natural light) is a double room: On the one hand has a double bed, a huge wardrobe of five doors, a bedside table and on the other side suite It has a single bed, a table and two chairs study.
BATHROOM. There is only one bathroom with shower or bath.
TOILET. There is a small toilet that is just WC.
KITCHEN: Large square kitchen with a window. It has refrigerator, oven, microwave, gas stove 4 burners, hot water boiler natural gas, washing machine, dishwasher. In the center is a round table with 4 chairs. It has all the necessary utensils for cooking and eating: toaster, coffee pot, blender, fountains, crockery, cutlery, glasses, coffee sets, etc.
