living in paradise

I would like to keep this house a secret, it's such a gem. We (party of 6 adults and 2 small children) simply loved the place! The outdoor space above the house is so wonderfull (very nice pool, outdoor kitchen, covered terrace with both dining table and launch set). This is really were we 've spent most of our time. The outdoor kitchen is so convenient, with it's large fridge for cool drinks at hand. Gazing to the sea, with a cold drink in your hands, is really all you need. And the pool, with nice warm water and sea view - what a dream!

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Especially the 2 upstairs bedrooms are very nice! The 2 downstairs rooms, that share a bathroom, can use some refurbishment if compared to the other ones above. Living rooms and kitchen were really comfy and big. Jacuzzi was a pleasure to use (although it took a while to figure out exactly how to use it). For the kids, 2 small kid beds and high chairs were provided. Really appreciated that!!!

The location is also very convenient. We did trips to Granada, the Alpujarras, some other mountain villages, caves of Nerja, Almunecar,... All on good driving distance and really worth the visit.

Food: we went out for lunch and diner a lot, on our trips, but also used twice the splendid gas barbecue. The nearby Mercadonna has a very good selection of fresh fish, so using the bbq was a pleasure. Also in the market hall of Almunecar, you can daily buy fresh fish, veggies and meat. Good diner opportunities at the Salobrena beachfront, good and authentic tapas/raciones at "El puentecillo la caleta", Meson de la Villa on a quite square is good as well (traditional food). In Almunecar, we thought Bodega Restaurante Francisco I was a good and traditional tapas place (lots of locals as well).

Overall, we really adored the villa and didn't want to leave it :) We will be back!

Satisfait dans l'ensemble

Nous avons séjourné entre amis dans cette villa début 15 jours en aout 2016.

La villa correspond en tout point aux photos et est vraiment confortable et offre une magnifique vue dégagée sur la région.

La villa se décompose en 4 niveaux (Rdc garage, 1er niveau cuisine, salon, jacuzzi, chambre double et chambre simple, 2ème niveau 2 chambres double, 3ème niveau piscine)

Petit plus pour les chambres doubles à l'étage, elles sont superbe.

La maison dispose de tout ce qui est nécessaire.

Idée de temps de trajet :

Plages : 15 bonnes minutes de voitures pour vous rendre à la plage de Salobrena et 25min pour celle d'Almunecar.

Commerces : 5min pour les supermarchés (Lidl et Mercadona)

Grenade : 50min

Cependant certaines choses nous ont laissé un gout amer :

- La maison n'est pas faite pour 10 mais plutôt pour 8 (4 chambres, 3 avec un lit double et une avec 2 lits simple).

- Le wifi n’est pas très bon. Il est situé dans une des chambres au 2ème niveau donc ne couvre pas la totalité de la maison.

- Il est décrit "Soirées autorisées" mais les voisins ne supportent pas le moindre bruit et n'hésitent pas à littéralement agresser verbalement les gens et à appeler la police et préviennent également les propriétaires dès qu'ils estiment qu'il y a trop de bruit, donc avis aux groupes d’amis aux envies de fêtes en été.

- Lors du départ, les jardiniers arrivent à 8h30 et commence à tondre le jardin… sympa le réveil par les tondeuses…

un moment fabuleux

A part le mauvais temps en début de séjour tout le reste a été excellent.

La villa, les alentours, la petite ville de Salobréna, le marché de Motril, les bars à tapas, les visites en Sierra Névada et des petits villages blancs andalous, la mer, la pêche..bref de bons souvenirs sans compter un très bon accueil des espagnols.

Vraiment enchanté.

Merci aux propriétaires de la villa, aux superbes prestations et à leur disponibilité sans faille.

A ceux qui hésitent, n'ayez aucune crainte de notre avis car nous sommes exigeants.

Location parfaite. La maison est magnifique, spacieuse et très bien équipée. L'environnement est calme à l'époque de notre séjour. Le spa est très agréable.

Ana Maria est disponible par internet pour toute information concernant la préparation du séjour. Grenade à une heure par l'autoroute.

Excelente !!!

La casa es impresionante , con grandes espacios y con todo lo necesario para unas super vacaciones. La zona de piscina esta muy bien equipada , con todo lo necesario para no tener que ir a la casa a nada , incluso con zona de cocina para no tener que subir y bajar. La casa esta muy bien decorada y con todos las habitaciones grandes y bien equipadas .Luz por toda la casa a través de los ventanales. El salón enorme con dos zona separadas y una de ellas con acceso a un pequeño jardín. Las visas increíbles y la zona es estupenda para visitar tanto la provincia de Granada como la de Málaga. 100% recomendable , la casa es perfecta!!!
