The apartment is ideally situated panoramic views of the ocean and the Coast (beautiful sunsets), direct access to the beach (parents can monitor their children from the balcony-terrace), close to shops (walking distance to go to the supermarket or in any trade of the town); it still offers the absolute quiet (no sound but the lapping of the water) and benefits from a sunny (room east side gardens of the residence, kitchen, living room and balcony terrace at the west on the Sea).

From the Residence, many opportunities for walks on foot along the coast or in the avenues, and cycling (signposted route 'Vélocéan').

  • The bathroom has a vanity unit with a large lighted mirror, a straight bathtub, toilet and electric towel dryer. It has 2 closets, one suspended, the other under the countertop. The washing machine is installed in this room.

  • 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed. The apartment is across the room overlooking the gardens of the residence in the East (no sound, even if the sea, on the other hand, is a little rough). The room has a double bed (140), 2 bedside tables and a large wall wardrobe closet. The window (double glazed windows, tilt and turn) is equipped with an electric roller blind. The bedding is of very good quality, all measures of comfort and hygiene are taken (mattress and pillow protectors cotton and disposable protection). It is the same for the sofa bed installed in the living room.
