Totally reformed, with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (WC, hairdryer, washbasin and walk - in shower), a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron, coffee machine, cooking hob, toaster), and two furnished terraces. Sleeps up to 6 people.

With direct access to the beach from the complex, you can reach the sand by walk just in a couple of minutes. Located in Atlanterra beach, very near a small fishing village (Zahara de los Atunes), in the southwest Spanish coast, the andalusian “Costa de la Luz”, it has one of the best and widest beaches in the Costa de la Luz (9km. long of clean fine golden sand). You will have a breathtaking view over the Atlantic Ocean and Africa. And at the end of the day, just relax and watch spectacular sunsets, as the sun goes down over the sea

In this accommodation you will be able to find climate and security control system, where everything has been integrated and it is very easy to use. About Pilar López Burbano

We are a middle aged couple with one son. We like natural life (no tobaco, no alcohol) and we love to have long walks through this huge beach of fine golden sand, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of this wonderful place. Watchig the amazing sunsets on the sea at the end of the day is a pleasure you will not find anywhere else.

Why Pilar López Burbano chose Costa de la Luz

The complex is very peaceful, surrounded by a relaxing atmosphere and far from the crowds. There are two communal pools (adults and children), a children's playground, beautiful gardens, a paddle court and private parking. Very near the apartment, 5 min. walk, there are several restaurants and bars close to the beach.

But if you are looking for activity or good night life, you can get to Zahara (1,5km.) where you will find lots of restaurants, bars, “tablaos flamencos”, terraces near the beach and plenty of places to meet friendly people and spend a wonderful time.

This accommodation is perfect for a family or group of friends, whether looking for a relaxing break in the sun, an active holiday, or the opportunity to discover the unspoilt Spain of the Costa de la Luz.

Lovely holiday home with random shutters

Overall we had a lovely stay, Great location, great pool.

Very clean.

The smarthome technology needs some work as the timing of the shutters going up and down were totally random and the automatic lights upon entering a room in the night was very disturbing as it woke you up if you needed to use the toilet in the night.

The size of the apartment is very good but furnished with too much clutter which was not to our taste at all (fake plants for example).

The bed in the master bedroom is too small.

Owner's Response: I’m happy to know that you enjoyed your vacations. As for the smart home technology, perhaps the person that went and showed you the apartment did not explain all the details of the automated functions. That’s a pity since it would have been very useful for you to know that the shutters go down automatically in specific circumstances: if you leave the apartment and it is after sunset and you have not still returned, or if after that time it rains, or if there’s a strong wind, or you left one of the windows open. That happens for climate protection and security reasons, as there is nobody inside the apartment at that moment to take care of it, so it’s not at random. Regarding the lights that operate automatically by means of presence sensors, it only happens in the hallways and the stairs if there is not enough natural daylight at that moment. It is for safety reasons (to prevent falls) but it never happens inside the rooms and toilets. Even so, if you take the precaution of touching the key that indicates that the tenant is ready to sleep and it is night-time, all the lights go down and if you then turn on a light to go to the toilet, for instance, it comes on only at 10 % of normal intensity just not to dazzle people. Of course, in order to do that, you would have had to touch the suitable key. On the other hand, I’m at my tenants’ disposal at all times to answer any queries, but I had no answer to my whatsapp message sent to you the day of your arrival. This led me to believe everything was fine and you had no questions. As for the decoration, it is a fact that not everybody likes the same objects, but the video and photographs of the duplex faithfully reflect what the apartment currently looks like so that the visitors know in advance what to expect. I would be delighted if you decided to come back again, and I’m sure that knowing the above, you’ll be even more comfortable next time. Thank you for your suggestions.

Una estancia muy agradable

Hemos pasado una semana en este estupendo apartamento. Es un alojamiento muy cómodo y muy bien equipado, no le falta ningún detalle. Esta ubicado en un lugar perfecto para descansar, disfrutar de la playa, conocer Zahara y todos los maravillosos alrededores. Los dueños y la inmobiliaria muy atentos. Nos encantará volver otro año. Lo recomendamos sin ninguna duda.

VACACIONES PARA REPETIR

Apartamento con mucho encanto en una de las mejores playas de todo Cadiz, se trata de un lugar encantador al que poder ir con familiares, amigos o en pareja y pasar unos días inolvidables, el apartamento tiene dos plantas muy diáfanas y alegres, la cocina esta muy bien equipada y parece nueva, ademas, al estar el apartamento domotizado la experiencia es aun mas única y cómoda. Los dormitorios son muy bonitos y no les falta ningún detalle para que la estancia sea acogedora, ademas los baños son espaciosos, en especial el principal que es muy grande y bonito. Las vistas desde el apartamento son espectaculares.

La zona común es preciosa, con una piscina, pista de padel y zona de juegos para niños que te hace pasarlo bien y disfrutar del buen tiempo en Zahara, con la comodidad de tener un acceso privado a la playa que merece la pena visitar, y admirar un paisaje maravilloso.

Nuestra estancia ha sido increíble y estamos deseando repetir!

Maravilloso apartamento domotizado. Un 11 sobre10.

Hemos pasado unos días fabulosos en un auténtico apartamento 5 estrellas. La descripción del anuncio se ajusta perfectamente a la realidad en cuanto a la ubicación, distribución, instalaciones, etc. El apartamento estaba limpio y en muy buen estado. ¡Parecía nuevo! Desde la cocina hasta los baños ¡no falta un detalle! Los dormitorios son muy bonitos y alegres de decoración. Dispone de dos amplias terrazas para relajarte y descansar, desde las que se ve el mar y la montaña. Y si a todo esto se le añade la domótica, es todo muy fácil e intuitivo de manejar, nos da como resultado un apartamento perfecto en un lugar maravilloso. El servicio por parte de los propietarios es inmejorable. Muy atentos en todo momento. ¡Recomendaría el apartamento a todo el Mundo! Y por supuesto, nos encantaría volver a disfrutarlo. Ademas las playas son excelentes y se pueden realizar bonitas excursiones.

Perfecto para unas relajantes vacaciones

Excelente, no le falta ningún detalle, nunca nos hemos encontrado un apartamento tan bien equipado. Cuenta con todas las comodidades, mucho mejor que en un hotel, incluso dispone de material para la playa.

Espacioso, decorado con gusto, tranquilo, con dos amplias terrazas y domotizado, entre otras muchas cosas. Es muy cómodo manejar: luces, persianas, toldos etc. desde tu móvil con una sencilla aplicación.

Totalmente recomendable, con una playa maravillosa y posibilidad de variadas excursiones.

La propietaria encantadora, dispuesta a ayudar siempre con amabilidad ante la menor duda.

Volveremos, es un apartamento para repetir.
