About the property

2 rooms of 42 square meters, very quiet, in a ring the size of a small street. It is ideally situated at the foot of the church of Endoume, right in the heart of the same name, near the sea, Malmousque, the cornice and the Catalans.

The view from the large living room is superb. You can contemplate the sea, the islands of Friuli and the Chateau d'If.

This is a typical apartment Marseille: East-West crossing, very high ceiling with beautiful tiled floor. It is bright and fresh as the air circulates well. This is very significant in the summer when the heat is in full swing.

The spacious lounge gives the west side and the sea view room and kitchen with balcony are on the east side. The morning light is very pleasant on this side, the breakfast on the balcony will delight you.

The apartment was completely renovated in recent months. There is a large walk-in shower and also a shower toilet, which acts as a bidet. The water is heated by a boiler, new gas.

The area is very pretty. It is pleasant to walk through the maze of picturesque alleys strewn with beautiful houses.

We recommend the picnics on the rocks of Malmousque the evening at sunset.

"We found this appartment perfect and were very happy about it:

It is located in a quiet area that is almost village-like, however, you are close to the sea as well as to the city centre. It also offers a beautiful ocean view.

Very good bus connections: Frequent buses to the center and along the coast make it easy to move in Marseille.

The appartment itself has everything you need to spend a good time; it is very functional and homely at the same time, with the bed being comfortable, the kitchen offering all kinds of cooking instruments, good internet connection, etc.

The owner is nice and reliable.

Nous avons aimé notre séjour de 4 jours à Marseille.

Après chaque visite et randonnée, nous étions ravis de rentrer dans l appartement de Marielle, on s y sent bien, comme chez nous.

L appartement est très lumineux, vue des 2 côté, aucun vis à vis, rue très calme. Nous avons tout à proximité aussi bien bus que magasin alimentaire et la Corniche à 300m.

Nous avons l'intention d y revenir. Merci Marielle pour votre accueil, vous savez recevoir.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, gut und liebevoll ausgestattet (inkl. Kinderbücher). Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen: Meeresblick, ruhige Umgebung, gut an das Zentrum angeschlossen, alles Notwendige (und nicht nur) ist auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, vorsorglich und absolut zuverlässig. Wir und unsere Kinder haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!!! Familie aus Heidelberg.

Très bien situé, agréable et fonctionnel

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans l'appartement de Marielle afin de visiter Marseille et ses alentours (Calanques) avec notre fils de 2 ans.

Tout s'est très bien passé, l'appartement est conforme à la description qui en est faite dans l'annonce et très bien situé.
