Idéal pour un jeune couple avec bicyclettes

Ce joli mini duplex m’a rappelé ces « studios cabines » des stations de sport d’hiver ! Car chaque mètre carré y est rentabilisé de la façon la plus astucieuse : rien ne manque au niveau confort (sinon un micro-ondes et un grille pains ? ) . Idéalement situé à 5 minutes du « petit port de Locmariaquer « (appelé ici La Petite Cale) que l’on rejoint en bout du jardin par le chemin des douaniers face au Golfe , toutes les plages sont à moins de 10 minutes à bicyclettes , comme le centre de village . Attention à la sortie du parking , dont les angles morts sur la route méritent la plus grande attention , même si la vitesse des véhicules arrivant est limitée à 30 kms h …C’est une bonne adresse que nous conseillons , de plus le propriétaire est quelqu’un de sympathique , à l’image de la déco simple mais soignée et surtout très propre .

Notre sejour à Locmariaquer

Le logement est totalement conforme à la description. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié : le calme, l'accès direct à l'océan et la plage au fond du jardin, le sentier côtier qui permet d'acceder au centre bourg en moins d'un quart d'heure, la proximité de l'embarcadère, moins de 5 mn à pied pour découvrir les îles et le golfe, la place de parking privée et numéroté sur le parking de la copropriété, l'appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé. Une bonne adresse que nous recommandons.

Logement un peu petit

Le logement est trop petit pour deux adultes et deux enfants. La décoration, le matériel de cuisine et les différents équipements (canapé, salle de bain) sont datés et un rafraichissement général ne serait pas superflu. Cependant, l'emplacement est idéal (près de l'embarcadère pour les îles, bourg à deux pas avec le sentier côtier), la résidence très calme, le voisinage discret et l'emplacement fourni avec l'appartement est un vrai plus en pleine saison.
