Mirror in a few kilometers from the sea, among the olive trees on the slopes of the greenhouses of Salento, in one of the 98 small villages most beautiful in Italy, is a stately building surrounded by green countryside.
For a peaceful holiday we offer a stay in an old "Suppinna" restored, once the temporary residence of the workers who worked in the underground mill neighboring annex of an old "Casino" campaign also restored.
"Verardo" was originally a large farm led to olive grove owned by the old feudal lord of which had been dug an underground oil mill for grinding olives next to a 'mess' that housed the owner and a "Suppinna" for the workers. Over time the estate was divided and sold to several owners. The owner of the portion on which insists the "Casino", the "underground oil mill" and "Suppinna" wanted to restore everything to make a home for himself and an annex to offer for rent for the summer period.
