Lovely Villa in Peacefull Rural Location

Vicente is a lovely guy - very welcoming and friendly . The villa is perfect if you want to get away from the towns. A car is a must as it is quite rural within 15 mins drive to San Antonia . The village with restaurants and shops is a 5 minute drive . To walk to San Rafel is tricky as you have to cross the motorway . The villa was clean and the gardens were very well maintained - the pool was a really good size and very clean and welcoming . Vicente left lots of fluffy towels for us and came o change them halfway through the holiday and left more clean sheets too . We were a little disappointed to find that the bbq was locked , as even though the bbq was not listed in the advert , you could see it in the photos so we just presumed it was available to use . Vicente explained that it was not allowed to be used as a few years ago there was a large forest fire ( there is a wood of Aleppo Pine trees directly behind the villa) and so bbqs were forbidden in the area . We found ourselves eating out (.couple of nice more than we expected to do as there is no oven under the kitchen hob. The kitchen had all the utensils required - we boiled water in a saucepan as - like many places we’ve rented -there was no kettle ( not a problem really) We found quite a few ants coming into the kitchen area whenever food had been out - not a big issue if you keep on top of cleaning . The fans were a welcome addition at night as there is no a/ c in the property. Overall the villa is in a beautiful location ~ we loved watching the sun go down and we could totally relax as it’s secluded and not overlooked at all. The property has an alarm and is gated so quite secure . We would definitely recommend staying in this villa and we would stay here again if we returned to Ibiza.

Lovely quiet house

The house was very comfortable beds good everything was clean.Enjoyed the outside space ,pool was nice. It was a lovely walk to the village with some lovely places to eat have coffee etc
