This very spacious, well-equipped and comfortable apartment is on the 3rd and 4th (top) floor (with lift access) and offers one double bedroom (with full en suite bathroom, bath and walk in shower), aircon, and private balcony overlooking the swimming pool, and two twin bedrooms with aircon, shared bathroom, and shared balcony overlooking the village. Both bathrooms have been fully refitted. There is also a separate seating area with TV and DVD player (for playing DVDs only not live TV)

Downstairs there is an L-shaped living/dining room with logburner, wifi internet access, aircon, sat TV, book and dvd library, guest cloakroom, and newly refitted kitchen with granite worktops, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. Both the dining area and kitchen have balconies overlooking the communal pool area, which also has a toddler pool. With balconies on both sides of the building you have sun or shade all day long

Stairgates are provided, and cot and highchair can be supplied on request. The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people, including at least one child, on a folding bed. Maid service is included with a mid week towel change and weekly linen change

Carvoeiro's beautiful beach is only 2 minutes walk away, and the apartment's central location means a wide selection of restaurants, shops, bars, cafes and banks, with ATM facilities are on your doorstep, car hire is not necessary.

Payment terms: 25% deposit required with booking, balance due 8 weeks before arrival in the apartment. Payment can be accepted in sterling or euros. £150.00 security deposit payable with balance, which is returned provided no loss or damage to apartment or contents during your stay. Winter rates plus electricity. Discounts available for long winter stays, please ask for more details

All towels and linen are supplied including beach towels

Aircon (which can also be used for heat in winter) is £75 per week, the apartment is also double glazed and has security roller shutters.

This is one of the few 3 bedroomed apartments located in the centre of the village, making car hire an optional extra rather than a necessity. It is fully equipped including a cool box and plastic cups and plates for picnics on the beach, lightweight sunloungers, and comfortable sofas and chairs on the balconies

We really enjoyed the stay the and apartment was really good and it had everything we needed. The resort itself was very good with some amazing beaches. Perfect place to have a relaxing week in the sun with good restaurants all on the door step.

The apartment sleeps six people easily with three good size bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds one ensuite and a family bathroom with seperate toilet and washroom down stairs.

It was clean and tidy and a welcome pack was supplied with all the basic needs after a days travelling. The apartment was fully equiped with all the ammeinties you require.

The swimming pool and surrounding area was of a high standard and was clean and tidy. There were numerous families using the facilities but there was no excessive noise.

The shops were within short walking distance (100 yards) and the bars and restaurants within a two minute saunter.

The beach is within five minutes walk, so all amenities are within easy access.

We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and have booked to go again in April. I do not write reviews normally but this deserved one.

Carvoeiro is a typical Portugese fishing village which is popular with visitors but still retains its charm. There are numerous bars, restaurants and shops plus golf courses.

Golf: There is a 9 hole par 3 golf course in Carvoeiro 'Vale de Milho', and 2 championship courses 10 minutes drive 'Gramacho' and 'Pinta'. Vale de Lobo, Vilamoura and Penina are within 30 minutes drive of Carvoeiro.
