Ideally located near the beach and in the city centre, all mod cons, tastefully decorated
This is a very nice apartment which is pretty much walking distance from everything! There are plenty of supermarkets just moments away! Its really handy for the beach as its a short 5 minute walk from there! The apartment itself is very nice and modern. We were 4 in total and had plenty of space and never once felt that we were on top of each other! Overall a very nice apartment and Tom/Matthew are pleasure to deal with!
A comfortable flat with a pleasant distance from the more crowded and noisy parts of Nice. Shops and bakeries are found close by along with nice bars and cafes. The City center is within walking distance, alternatively busses to the center are easy to find. A public beach is just a short walk away. ( Bring your own beach towel if you intend to spend some time on the beach. At least we did. )
We were 4 persons, mom,dad, 2 sons over 20, and we will absolutely recommend this apartment.

We were well treated all the way, thanks to Tom and Mr.Pax for excellent service.
We had a bit of a rocky start during our month here but Tom was immediately responsive to our concerns and you can't ask for more in an owner. Once settled, we fell in love with this apartment. Location, layout, access to transportation, kitchen equipment, bed, and shower were all superb. The washing machine and drying rack were nice to have- a person could easily stay for weeks with just a couple changes of clothes. Grocery stores and bakeries are plentiful nearby. We often walked into the Center but buses run right by and there are Velo Bleu stands a couple blocks away too ( recommended- rent by the train station ). We stay in different places for a month every year and this was the first one we're planning to come back to. Great city, excellent spot to do day trips from, and a wonderful apartment.
We were very impressed with the comfort of the apartment, well situated, within walking distance of the railway station and the old town. Exceptionally comfortable kingsize bed and excellent shower. The apartment is in a quiet area, well equipped and we had a very enjoyable stay.
We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights in late June. Tom Griffin made the reservation and payment process very easy and was very accommodating to all my questions. We had some trouble getting into the apartment on our arrival mostly due to the fact that our cell phones only worked with wi-fi and none is available at the Nice Airport. We also weren't aware that the apartment is in the B building and we stood outside building 15 for quite a while before a local lent us her cell phone and told us that 15 bis is the next door down.
The apartment is quite spacious with good size bedrooms. The queen sized bed was very comfy in the main bedroom and my kids were fine with sleeping on the twin beds or the couch. We never cooked a meal there, but it had plenty of dishes and pots and pans and a dishwasher. The washer was a nice plus and we dried all our clothes on the balconies on the rack or over the chairs. More hangers would have been nice since there were only about 3 or 4. The wi-fi worked great. The overhead shower spigot was not working while we were there so we had to sit and use the handicap spigots at waist level. This did not work at all for washing your hair so we used the kitchen sink. I'm assuming this will be fixed soon.
The best part was the location. It is only a 5 minute walk from the beach and there are plenty of patisseries and restaurants on the promenade or in the neighborhood. The Lidl grocery store was closed for renovation, but there are several tiny stores in the area. We loved the almond croissants at the bakery just around the corner on Rue de France. We walked to Old Town several times and this was about a 15-20 minute walk. The train station is also about 10-15 minutes away and we used that to go to Monaco and Ventimiglia, Italy. All in all this was a very nice apartment and I would recommend to others.
Lived here for nine months with a friend. At the price we paid it is a very good deal. The two terraces are lovely! Just two blocks from the beach and a 10-15 minutes stroll into the city centre makes it a good location. Many supermarkets, boulangeries, boucheries etc around as it is a residential neighborhood.
Throughout our stay the landlord was quick to respond and resolve any problems that we had.The kitchen is well equipped and living room large enough to have ten people for dinner.
All in all I had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone!
