Lovely stay at this cottage. Perfect location for a tour of the Normandy area.
We especially loved the garden, very important for my kids to be able to play outside. It was so nice to sit among the flowers and hang our washing out among lavender plants. The living space of the cottage is a bit small -- we did not really use the upper loft space except for sleeping. It would be nice to have a bit more seating on the main floor. The kitchen does not have lots of prep space but I was able to cook full meals for our family of four just fine. The hosts were very kind, welcoming and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay at their cottage.
The property was just as shown in the photos, and it was very comfortable for our family of four.
We had a wonderful stay at this home. The owners were lovely and were available to answer any questions if needed. The home is located in the picturesque French countryside and pictures don't do it justice. We enjoyed the lush garden and birds singing outside the windows. The property was centrally located and allowed us to make day trips to nearby Bayeux, the Normandy beach area, and Mont. St. Michel.
Quiet place to relax in the nearby countryside
We had a great stay in this beautiful setting. Couldn't ask for more especially for the very reasonable price!
Cottage was close to Bayeux, although difficult to find initially. Pleasant country setting.
Beautiful cottage not far from Bayeux. The family was very welcoming and showed us around the cottage and how to use the stove top. Will definitely use this place again when we return! Highly recommended!!
Close to the DDay beaches and the medieval town of Bayeux. The owners are generous and caring. Magnifique!
