Air conditioned apartment in a beautiful family residence with big swimming pool, ideally located in the centre of Salou, close to different beaches.

This property, cosy, stands on the fifth floor of the residence (elevator); it is bright, functional and comfortable.

It counts with two double bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) with closets, a complete bathroom with bathtub, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, big fridge, coffee machine, toaster, etc...) with a bar (dining area), opened to the pleasant living room with relax area (sofa-bed) and direct access, thanks to picture windows, to a large terrace.

From the covered and furnished terrace (table, chairs and 4 sun beds), you have an overall view onto Salou's seaside resort.

This apartment is fully equipped with double glazing, complete household appliances, washing-machine, satellite TV with foreign channels, etc... and includes the air conditioning, the Wifi Internet connection as well as the linen (sheets and shower towels), for you to travel lighter.

If you want, it is possible to book a private parking spot in a residence closeby (12 Euros per day - to be booked in advance).

Very well located, in a family residence with a beautiful community swimming pool (adults' pool with a separation which creates a children's pool), sun beds, outdoor showers as well as a very pretty green zone, wooded, with gardens and children playground for the youngest ones.

High pine trees allow you to stroll in the shadow just beside the swimming pool if you want to, and there is, in the back part of the residence, a secure little gate (key) providing direct access to the little street you need to cross before walking down to Playa Llarga.

The swimming pool in the residence is available from 20/06 to 11/09.

This property stands pretty close to the big fine sand beach “Playa Llarga” (only 250 metres from the residence) and to the beautiful beach “Playa Dels Llenguadets” (about 350 metres from there).

It allows easy and quick access, walking on a footbridge which has been fitted out a couple of years ago, to the beaches which are closer to Salou's centre, such as “Playa Capellans” and”Playa Llevant” with its long maritime promenade, Jaume I, where you'll find many restaurants, shops, ice-cream makers, etc...

All services and facilities are easily accessible walking by shopping streets: supermarkets, shops of all kinds, bars, restaurants, bus stops with 24-24 regular lines to the seaside resorts closeby and to the cities of Reus, Tarragona and Barcelona.

The famous Port Aventura theme park stands a few minutes from there and you can go walking, by car or with the little tourist train.

Salou is a seaside resort very developped in terms of tourism, about 100 kms South from Barcelona and 10 kms from Tarragona and its rich cultural patrimony, classified at the UNESCO.

You'll find there all kinds of tourist activities such as, for instance, water sports, children playgrounds, shops, restaurants of all kinds, excursions, etc.... and, above all, the famous Port Aventura theme park and the soon-to-open Ferrari Land.

Its typical golden sand, international culture and equipement for entertainment turned it into one of the most fashionable holiday places within Costa Dorada and Spain.

The tourist animated area is located northwards, ideal for young holiday makers and the urban centre, like a little village, stands Southwards – it's much appreciated by families.

There are about 8 beaches and creeks of fine golden sand, linked with one another thanks to the long Jaume I maritime promenade with its high pine trees, palm trees and fountains.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à SALOU. L'appartement est très bien placé (un petit inconvénient l'hôtel en face avec son animation mais à minuit tout est terminé), bien équipé, avec une belle terrasseLe quartier est agréable avec des restaurants et des boutiques dans la rue même de l'immeuble.

The city offers all sorts of activities for tourists, the famous theme park Port Aventura, one of the biggest in Europe. Its equipement for entertainment turned it into one of the holiday places within the country. The touristy area well animated is located northwards, the paradise of the young holiday makers; families tend to appreciate the south of it which is more like a little village. There are about 8 beaches and creeks of sand connected with a long path line of palm trees.
