By the bay window of the living room, or bedroom windows, admire the beach, the bay, the sea, a short-lived show yet permanent.

Etat lamentable

Certes la vue est belle ,mais la maison est dans un état lamentable:tapisseries sales et déchirées,murs tachés,plafond d'une chambre trouée,la plupart des radiateurs ne fonctionnaient pas,canapés et fauteuil déchirés,parquets délabrés,électricité hors normes,matelas usés et inconfortables ,cuisine minuscule,etc,etc...Surtout ne pas se fier aux photos qui ne reflêtent pas la réalité!

Owner's Response: La maison est ancienne et nous nous efforçons tous les ans, de faire des travaux afin de la rénover et de la moderniser : - Electricité refaite à neuve. - Chaudière à Gaz changée (produit l'eau chaude et le chauffage) Certes, je vous l'accorde : il reste de nombreux travaux à effectuer : - Les peintures sont écaillées, - La cuisine est petite (mais ne peut pas être agrandie) - Le parquet est ancien (en bois massif, et nous désirons le conserver) Les meubles sont en bois massif, à l'ancienne, et nous désirons conservé la maison dans son jus. Elle convient pour une grande famille (ou 2), qui veulent une maison de vacance, près de la plage, en centre ville. si vous désirez une maison neuve, ou refaites à neuf, moderne, hélas, elle ne conviendra pas. il s'agit ici de garder les bois, les menuiseries, les meubles, de na pas la transfigurer. de même, les pièces sont réparties sur 3 étage, sans ascenseur, elle ne convient donc pas pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. les photos sont en l'état, pas retouché, et reflète bien une maison de ville orienté plein ouest, face à la mer. (donc écaillé)
