Ideally located. Very quiet. Tastefully decorated. Recent house. Next 4.5 km. PUIGCERDA. Enjoy the tranquility of a pretty village in the Pyrenees and surrounded by nature. Provencal style. COMMUNITY RULES 1) The maximum velocity within the precincts of the community is 10 km / hour. 2) not be parked outside the spaces intended for that purpose, respecting the place given to each owner. 3rd) The common facilities must be respected. Any personal property used in the common area must be collected and removed after use. In case of causing deterioration in gardens or any other facility, either by negligence or abuse, the cost of repair or maintenance added (builder, gardener, electrician, etc.) shall be borne by the / the cause / s of the same. 4th) Common gardens are meant to be ornamental. They can not be occupied for collective games or sports of any kind that may damage them. 5th) should respect the tranquility of the neighbors, and therefore after 22 hours, not allowed to perform activities that may disturb other residents, voices, noises, music, etc. 6) Do not allow barbecues on balconies or proprietary or common areas of the community gardens. 7) Do not allow clotheslines on the balconies and communal areas. 8) are not allowed to place objects on window sills that are not secured to prevent falling. Also these objects may disrupt the outer harmony of the buildings. The flowers and plants are placed on windowsills and the balconies should be in containers that conserve excess water so they can not damage the walls or inconveniencing other neighbors. 9) It is forbidden to carry out works and / or facilities that affect the appearance of the community. Paint colors and / or awnings can not be changed without authorization of the general assembly of co-owners. 10th) is not allowed to use housing as administrative offices or trade. Yes it is allowed to allocate to individual exercise of liberal or similar provided that nothing can compromise the safety and tranquility of the community professions.

Encantadora y acogedora

Estuvimos muy a gusto . Casa exquisitamente decorada . No faltaba detalle. Encontramos a faltar un parking donde dejar el coche a cubierto y muy poca iluminación en la parte exterior de la casa .Los anfitriones muy amables y atentos

"Bonita y espaciosa casa en medio de la Cerdanya Francesa, en una zona agradable y tranquila. Con todas las comodidades y equipamientos necesarios.Ideal para familias con niños.

La llegada debe efectuarse de las 12 horas hasta las 20 horas.
REGLAMENTO INTERNO DE LA COMUNIDAD 1º) La velocidad máxima de circulación dentro del recinto de la comunidad es de 10 km/hora. 2º) No se permite aparcar fuera de los espacios destinados a tal fin, respetándose la plaza asignada a cada propietario. 3º) Las instalaciones comunes deben respetarse. Cualquier bien mueble utilizado en la zona común debe ser recogido y retirado tras su uso. En caso de causar deterioro en jardines o cualquier otra instalación, ya sea por negligencia o por uso abusivo, el costo de reparación o mantenimiento añadido (albañil, jardinero, electricista, etc.) será asumido por el/los causante/es del mismo. 4º) Los jardines comunes están destinados a ser ornamentales. No pueden ser ocupados para realizar juegos colectivos o actividades deportivas de ninguna índole que puedan dañarlos. 5º) Se debe respetar la tranquilidad de los vecinos, y por ello a partir de las 22 horas, no se permite realizar actividades que puedan molestar a los demás vecinos, voces, ruidos, música, etc. 6º) No se permite realizar barbacoas en los balcones, ni jardines privativos ni en los espacios comunes de la comunidad. 7º) No se permite tender ropa en los balcones ni espacios comunes. 8º) No se permite colocar objetos en las repisas de las ventanas que no estén asegurados para evitar su caída. Asimismo dichos objetos no podrán romper la armonía exterior de los edificios. Las flores y plantas que se coloquen en las repisas de las ventanas y en las balcones deberán situarse en recipientes que permitan conservar el exceso de agua de manera que no puedan deteriorar los muros ni incomodar a otros vecinos. 9º) Está prohibido realizar obras y/o instalaciones que afecten el aspecto exterior de la comunidad. Colores de pintura y/o de toldos no podrán modificarse sin la correspondiente autorización de la asamblea general de copropietarios.
