About the property

Luxurious apartment with garage the first line of beach. The sights to the beach from the floor are lateral from the lounge and the kitchen. The rest gives to a wide zone landscaped with swings, slides, lawn and a great swimming pool. Among other things to standing out; musical thread for the whole house. It has two bathrooms with tub (with screens and shower), one of them joined the bedroom pricipal or suit, that also has dressing room with a built-in wardrobe of mirror and a comfortable armchair. To part of this built-in wardrobe there are other two in the floor. In the lounge there are a big sofa and two armchairs reclinables relaxation. From the lounge one accedes to a wide terrace where to eat, to have breakfast, to see the beach or to look as the children they amuse themselves in the garden or in the swimming pool. Almost all the furniture are craftsmenand are painted to hand by the owner. The zone is residential and very calm. If seizure to five minutes walking along the maritime walk it comes near to the center of the people where it is possible to realize all kinds of purchases for the day and part of the night, since they close very late. Also you will be able to enjoy the Mediterranean gastronomy that includes a great variety of typical lids of Spain.

Magnífico apartamento, grande, luminoso y en primera línea de playa

Mucho espacio, con todas las dotaciones, ideal para familias. Está muy bien equipado y estaba muy limpio. Incluye aparcamiento para un coche. En primera línea de playa, también dispone de piscina. Muy buena comunicación con los dueños. Lugar tranquilo, la zona de restaurantes está a 5 minutos andando. Totalmente recomendable.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines du 20 Juillet au 03 Aout 2013.

Habitués des locations en France et en Espagne en Bord de mer;, nous reconnaissons que cet appartement est vraiment de bonne qualité; avec de belles prestations. Une très bonne note pour équipement,la décoration, la fonctionnalité et son emplacement. Très facile d'accès, parking aisé en sous sol, avec ascenseur. A 5 mn en voiture d'un supermarché; à 10 mn à pied du centre animé avec bars, restaurants et boutiques . Magnifique Plage de sable fin en face d'immeuble, vue trés agréable sur la piscine et les jardins depuis une terrasse spacieuse, bien exposée, et bien aménagée.

En plus de la qualité de l'appartement, nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil des propriétaires et leur convivialité.

Une très bonne adresse où nous reviendrons sûrement.

The appartement was great...

The appartement was great. A lot of space in the appartement, well equiped (towels, beach towels, umbrella, sun beds, games for the beach), perfect condition of the appartement), nice terrasse facing the pool (no wind at all).

When we arrived, Eduardo (owner of the appartement) did some shopping already. So, there were drinks, something to eat, milk, cornflakes, bread.

You just have to cross the street in order to be at the promenade (with a lot of palm trees) and on the beach. The "center" of calafell with a lot of restaurants and some shops is about five to ten minutes away and about 10 minutes to a big supermarket.

There were just a view people on the beach (already beginning of July), the sea was refreshing and realy beautiful (nice, blue colour).

Already thinking of going there again! :-)

Walking for the maritime walk.Enjoying the Mediterranean diet. Going to the Water parks (Aqualeón) and thematic (Port Aventura). To relax in the beach and in the coffees.

To 500 meters of the apartment approximately you will be able to find zones of leisure; McDonald, cinemas, mall, supermarkets... Calafell is placed between two important cities; Barcelona and Tarragona. Barcelona is the cosmopolitan excellent city, and Tarragona possesses the captivation of the maritime port, the Roman ruins and Port Aventura's theme park.
