Great location, close to the Metro, restaurants, Louvre, shopping and easy to get to all the wonderful attractions Paris is known for! Nel was great to work with, very friendly and accommodating - offered us the services of a driver to pick us up and get us back to the airport (at our expense but so worth it for us!) Building was very secure and has a lift (elevator for those of us from the U.S!) The apartment had all we needed; be aware though if you are travelling during the hot summer, while it says it has AC, it really only has a portable room AC that blows air and doesn't keep the place cool. The windows are fabulous, HUGE, and open completely up, that and a fan was good for us as the weather was quite comfortable most of the time we were visiting. While the linens, including bath towels, need updated, the beds themselves were very comfortable. My only real concern was that one of our requirements was a washer/dryer in the unit. The washer was not working, they are replacing it in August, but that didn’t help us, we were not offered any compensation, but we didn’t ask either. The rest is very European so if you are travelling from the U.S. know that things are quite small but functional! We had free Wi-Fi, TV, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, small refrigerator, cooktop. Just bear in mind you are on vacation in Paris and enjoy all there is about it. If you want more luxury/amenities then you will need to increase your budget. For us, aside from the air conditioning and washer issues, we were pleased and had a wonderful time!
"This apartment was perfect. Located in the centre of Paris with an easy 5 minute walk to Metro, Louvre and River Seine. Many cafes and local shops close by. Very clean with sheets, towels and kitchen appliances provided. The apartment was ideal for the 2 of us, especially the unlimited WiFi and free international phone calls. All the facilities one could ask for including washing machine and dryer. A nice touch is to be met by a very friendly host, shown the apartment, given local information and sights to see and a welcome bottle of wine to enjoy. We will stay here again if we are in Paris."
"Exelent location at the heart of Paris: 5 min to Palais Royal, at the same time very quiet as the windows lead to inside yard.
very clean and cosy with all the kitchen equipment including dishwashing machine, travel guide and art books have been a nice addition
Felt like home! next time am in Paris will definetely choose this place and certainly advise all friends!"
"THIS IS A NICE AND QUITE LOCATION . THE FLAT IS LOCATED IN A NICE AREA NEAR BOURSE DE COMMERCE AND LOUVRE. IS SUITABLE FOR 4-5 PERSON .INTERNET IS OK."
"I received everything and I thank you very much. Your apartment is really comfortable and its location is ideal for a great stay in Paris, because you can quickly reach every part of the city.
The only thing, in my opinion is not too good, is the light that enters through the windows early in the morning. Apart from that I highly recommend it and I hope to return soon in your beautiful city"
Easily accessable on a quiet street this bright apartment had everything we needed for ourselves and older daughter. We walked everywhere or took the Metro. Fantastic restaurants, beautiful shops, 3 blocks from the Louvre and Les Halles, comfy beds and most important, several good bakeries and wine shops. 6th floors up but no problem as there was an elevator. Our landlord and his assistant were very helpful from reservation to departure.

If you want to dance all night and eat, I recommend the Latin Quarter, to 15 minutes by walk from the apartment.
