About Property Manager
I am a mother of two children, I love nature, photography, interior design and traveling. I live in Athens during the fall and winter season and in Syros and Andros mainly during the summer although I would love to live on the islands all year round. I love hospitality as well as making my guests feel at home and go out of my way to provide for them. I love to take care of this beloved property which we enjoy with my family on holidays and I have been enjoying it since I was a child.
Property Manager purchased this Villa in 1970

Peace and tranquility, an absolute paradise!
We have just had the most amazing week in Vitali - the property was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 adults, super comfortable bedrooms, and so much outdoor space.
The pool was sparkling, beautifully clean spring water and we loved the outdoor cooking and dining.
We were met at the port by the housekeeper and his daughter Anisa, who was delightful - she showed us round, explained everything, and returned with her mum a few days later to clean and change the linen. If you are looking for total peace and quiet, Vitali is the place for you - we had great weather but be aware of the strong winds, you may need a light fleece in the evenings as you will be dining outside under the stars!
With it's stunning scenery, beautiful beach, delicious fresh food, and not to forget sound of the goats and sheep on the hillsides, this is a place that will stay in our hearts.
Rachel, Matt, Izzy and Iona Stubbs
It is such a pleasure to have visitors like Rachel and his family. Respectful, enjoying life, friendly, communicative.
This house is amazing. Katerina has put so much thought into all the details and provided everything you could possibly need to have a relaxing stay. The property itself is beautiful, clean, comfortable, very private and secluded, with amazing views of the ocean and the local goats. The nearest beach - Vitali - was by far the best beach we visited on the island, although the drive to it was a little bit hair raising. Thank you Katerina for a great stay!
Beyond the extraordinary
For us, this is simply one of those places that you cannot help falling in love with. Truly fantastic for all senses.
Add to this a host that takes joy in sharing this remarkable spot, we ended up having the best of experiences with a family of 6 (kids aged 2,6,10,12).
If you’re a runner - try the 10k track to the Vitali beach and back. Tougher than you might think 😉😅
Perfect If you want to get away from it all and relax privately with your own pool.
An Outstanding accomadation for 2 with complete privacy, enchanting views and good size pool! (At a reasonable price too!)
Almost impossible to find on line but this was a wonderful discovery. So much so that my husband and I were very sad to leave it.
There was stunning natural beauty all around in a peaceful and Tranqil valley between goat covered mountains. Vitali beach, beach bar and taverna were a 10 /15 minute drive away and Gavrios port about 1/2 hour.
The villa itself was was well equipped and tastefully furnished. Everything was just perfect and I know that I'm hard to please when it comes to choosing a villa to spend two weeks in.
Thankyou Katerina for your very considerate and caring hospitality. It was so relaxing and stress free to stay in your lovely home and island.
It was a pleasure to have Jaqueline and her husband in our house. So kind, so happy, positive and considerate for the premises! It would be a pleasure to have the opportunity to meet them and have them again.
Perfect self-catering villa holiday on Andros
I have stayed in several very nice villas on Greek islands with my family over the years, but I have to say this is the loveliest one I've experienced to date. If you're looking for a secluded, self-catered island villa experience, this is the perfect option. Katerina checked in with us at the start and end of our stay and was very attentive. The main house was locked up as we were only 2 guests staying, but we had the entire compound to ourselves for a week - including the guest-room which is very pretty and clean, the basketball court, ping-pong table, trampoline and treehouse(!) The outdoor kitchen and BBQ made self-catering really fun and pleasant. The pool and outdoor shower are perfect and really romantic under the stars. Vitali beach is stunning, a hidden gem that's not at all crowded, with an awesome little beach bar + family taverna. There's low-hanging rocks from which children as well as adults can jump into the sea, and there's also a neighboring secluded beach. The house is an hour's drive from Chora (the capital), but the route is pretty. Gavrio town is only half an hour away, where restaurants, supermarkets, car rentals and the port for ferries to/from Athens are located. If you don't like remote/rural areas and would rather stay in a town, or if you don't like driving on winding roads and dirt tracks, this might not be the best option for you. But if you're used to self-catered island villa holidays, you'll really, really love this house and location.
Magically serene and welcoming
A beautifully elegant and welcoming home, with magical views in a serene environment. Every corner is testament to the love and care that Katerina – our lovely hostess – has put into her creation.
The experience could not be better. We woke up to the sounds of nature, made breakfast in the charming outdoor kitchen, eat by the pool, swam... At night, we enjoyed lovely dinners on the veranda, watching the stars… and so our week went by.
The house is pristine, with all the amenities of a boutique hotel, and only a 10’ drive from one of the greatest beaches in the Cyclades. Highly recommend it! And will definitely be going back.
Rarely in life someone has the luck to meet such lovely people as these quests of mine; people with dignity, kindness and politeness. I wish that I would have the chance to meet them again.
The port for Andros (Rafina) is 10 klm from Athens airport (half hour). The regular boat takes 2 hours. As you arrive to the port of Andros The village of Vitali is 14klm away (half hour).
Vitali beach is one of the most beutiful beaches in Andros which is connected and you can go swimming with ononter white stoned beach named Gides. In Vitali beach is also a tavern.
The Island of Andros is a cultural touristic island well known for the famous Museum of Contemporary Art where international exhibitions are taking place every year. An Island with achient history and discovery interest as achient pathways. The Island of fresh drinkable water and springs.
