Bright and functional apartment (wifi included) with an excellent situation in the center of Seville. The apartment is equipped with two bedrooms, a full kitchen and also with a large living room with large balcony overlooking Zaragoza street and excellent views of the Giralda.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building of five. This building was completely renovated in 2002, for this reason all the amenities and equipment are quite modern. As I said before, it should also be mentioned that the street where this apartment is located is pedestrian, which makes the apartment even more peaceful and comfortable.

Its location is absolutely perfect, with important monuments and places of interest around it: around the corner we can find the two streets that form the real center of shopping here in Seville: Sierpes and Tetuán. Also very close we find: the Cathedral and the Giralda, the Alcázar, the Archivo de Indias, the Plaza Nueva with the Town Hall, the Church of Salvador, etc. So, as you can see, the situation is excellent and makes this apartment the perfect opportunity to get to know the city.

"Fine location in the very center of Seville, amazing view from terrace to Giralda ecpecially in the night. Very beauriful, spacious (for 4 persons) and cosy apartment,comfortable beds, quite well-equipped kitchen (it''s a bit pity, there aretn''t wine glasses) and bathroom. And in addition nice, frendly and helpful Nacho!"

Pasamos una semana en el apartamento, y seguro que volvemos. El apartamento está muy bien , es muy espacioso y tiene de todo. La situación es inmejorable, esta en el centro pero con la tranquilidad que te da una calle peatonal.

Very Nice and Fully Equipped Appartment

When we arrived, the apartment was really clean and met our expectations. Our contact with the owners was good and everything went well. I would recommend this appartment to other people since we were also able to do everything on foot thanks to the nice location.
