Really enjoyed our stay (family of four) here at Rabat. The house was big with lots of rooms for chilling, with a toilet on each floor. All facilities available as described including hot water - Good Internet access and a PC also good to check Internet for local places to go to and for maps. Reasonable view from the terrace, can see sunset (just about) and the sea from there. About 7 mins to nearest Mosque, 15-20 mins walk to trams and 10 min walk to local markets/shops and taxis. Sale beach is great about 12 min walk. Most attractions are across river but easy to get to by tram or taxi. 40dh taxi to Rabat Medina, 80dh taxi to Chella, worth a visit. We negotiated 60dh for tour guide in English there. A few negatives - microwave would be handy, not many people speak English around here - unfortunately my French is rusty, a working class area and we were advised not to go out at night with family although we had no issues. There is a graveyard on the other side of the wall between the beach and the house. But overall, well worth the price, traditional and basic but still comfortable and spacious. Would happily come again - after revising my French . Enjoy.
The property was a welcome surprise, beautifully presented inside with an amazing selection of rooms and private room terrace space. Highly recommended!
