Great location, clean and well equipped spacious apartment, nice, friendly and uncomplicated owner

We (my wife and I) stayed in this apartment for 6 weeks during a work trip and we had a great time. The apartment is well equipped, even for longer stays, the internet is great, fast and reliable, and the apartment is - by Paris standards - quite big. I highly recommend this apartment. It is in a great location, pretty much close to everything, and whatever site you can't walk to you can easily take the metro. It was easy to book the place, the owner was very welcoming and it was easy to get all the paperwork/deposit etc done. I very much recommend this place, and I am sure to use it again when I travel to Paris again.

Perfect Paris Apartment

Everything was perfect. The apartment is exactly how it looks in the photos and all you need for 1 or 2 people. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Caroline and Christina were responsive and lovely. I will be back.

Splendid pied-a-terre for a marvelous Paris stay

This immaculate, well maintained flat in a wonderful location far exceeded our expectations during our month-long stay Spring 2013. From the first contact with Caroline (the owner) via email to speaking with her over the telephone to the warm welcome we received on arrival from her cousin Christine, we had a very pleasant experience. Within walking distance was all of Paris. Immediately accessible were the Jardin des Plantes (Botanical Gardens), the Seine, the Bastille (with its St. Martin Canal Cruise), rue Mouffetard and its daily outdoor fresh market, the Latin Quarter, the Left Bank; and on daily morning walks along the Seine at dawn there was Notre Dame with the sun rising over it! Metro stops were very near for various lines which brings farther-flung destinations within minutes of travel time. Train stations (Austerlitz and Lyon) mean that suburban trains are convenient (e.g., to Versailles). Restaurant l'Agrume (ranked # 79 out of 10,000+ in Paris) is just a few doors away with a fantastic menu changing daily, and neighborhood cafes and boulangeries are nearby, as is Carrefour for supermarket shopping. We are cooks and found the kitchen very well stocked for all our needs, including a dinner party we hosted for 8!. The independent bedroom meant that we did not have to make up a sofabed every night nor look at a bed all day (such as with some studios). Being on the first floor made getting the suitcases up 1/2 flight of stairs very easy. Light poured in through the windows, and the snapshot view of daily Parisian life outside at all hours was a bonus. Caroline worked with us very flexibly when we inquired about a few of the details. She was always willing to make sure that every part of the transaction worked out to our satisfaction. Now we are just trying to work out a way that we do a home exchange with her and stay at the family home on the French Mediterranean seacoast. That is, after we return to Paris and stay in her apartment again...

Appartement très agréable, bien situé, bien équipé

Accueil très agréable, Mme Campo s’étant bien organisée pour pallier son indisponibilité à mon arrivée. J'ai été sincèrement ravi de séjourner dans cet appartement. Parfaitement situé par rapport à mes RV et réunions à Paris (UNESCO, Jussieu), quartier sympa, bien équipé, propre; carrefour market à 20m et restos sympas à coté. j'y retournerai volontiers à mon prochain séjour à Paris si l'appart' est libre. 2 p'tites choses à améliorer : "signaler" le petit dénivelé entre chambre et sde et compte tenu du "réchauffement climatique" ressenti avec force et vigueur en juillet à Paris rajouter un petit ventilateur dans les équipements ! :)

Owner's Response: Bonjour et merci pour vos conseils. Vous avez parfaitement raison, je vais acheter un ventilateur dès l'été prochain. Je n'y avais simplement pas pensé car ma famille est "anti ventilateur" (à cause des risques d'asthme par rapport à la poussière soulevée) et donc nous n'avons pas pensé à en prendre un pour les locataires qui n'ont pas de soucis respiratoires. Votre autre remarque est aussi très pertinente : il existe un petit dénivelé entre la chambre et la SDB et quand on arrive le premier jour on peut ne pas le voir ! Je le signalerai sans souci dès les prochaines locations. Pour le reste, oui, j'adore ce quartier et c'est très agréable que de tout avoir sur place. Le cinquième est si agréable, je ne me lasse jamais de me balader aux jardins des plantes ou vers la rue Mouffetard ! Très belle semaine à vous et au plaisir de vous accueillir lors d'un prochain séjour.

Niché derrière le Jardin des Plantes, à 5 mn du métro Censier, ce petit appartement était idéal pour notre virée à Paris. Appartement très propre, bien agencé et bien équipé. Correspond aux photos (même en mieux). A proximité des sites touristiques, commerces, métro et bus, tout en étant situé relativement au calme. Bref, un appartement charmant, tout comme l'accueil de la propriétaire et de Christina Je conseille sans problème cette location. Un appart

Très bon accueil

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en avril 2015 et nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet appartement. Il est situé près de commerces de proximité ( notamment un excellent bouché ,Boucherie Frederic) et pas trop loin de 2 gares principales. L'appartement était propre, conforme aux descriptions et très fonctionnelle ( sauf un petit pépin avec la box pour la TV). Nous avons bien apprécié les interventions et l'aide de Christina . Je note cette adresse pour mes prochains séjours à Paris.
