Nice apartment in a great location
Spacious, comfortable apartment in a nice location in Lisbon. Top floor with great views! Very quiet and easy to access the rest of Lisbon. Close to the Metro. Comfortable bed. Fully-equipped kitchen. Everything we needed for five days in Lisbon. Stairs in apartment very steep, so wouldn't be suitable for those that have difficulty walking. Also area of Lisbon is accessed by stairs and steep streets. For us, it was perfect! Host was very responsive and gave us any information we needed. Would recommend this apartment!
Thank you Susan. You are the perfect gust. Everything was left in good order. Come back when you want.
Comfortable Apartment in Great Location
Antonio's apartment was quite comfortable - larger than it looks even from the pictures. The views of the Castelo are also grander than any photo can capture. The apartment is in a great location. We walked a lot, but it was also close to public transportation, etc. Antonio was a gracious host. He met us at the airport and gave us many recommendations as he drove us to the apartment, where he had left a cold bottle of water and a couple of pastel de natas for us.
It was close to a funicular that we used a couple of times, but, walking to the apartment building and then up to the apartment on the top floor was a bit of a climb. As Antonio said, the view is the reward for the climb, but, be aware that the climb is steep and the building has no elevator.
If you stay at this aprtment, make sure that you check out Bonjardim for chicken and Fabrica for coffee.
Chad, thank you for your kind words. Come back anytime you want.
A perfect apartment, beautiful views, walking distance to everything, great host,!
We had everything we needed and more! From the friendly airport pickup and free guidance to the facilities provided we were more than happy with our stay
convenient cozy apartment
Apartment is clean, well equipped, with big windows for a good night breeze and great views of castle and river. Closet with a few hangars and drawers. Good shower. A/C worked quickly and not too noisy, washing machine is a plus. Antonio was very communicative. Pictures in advert are accurate.
Neighborhood is, colorful. Quiet in evening if neighbor's dog is in a good mood, which was 6 of 7 nights.
As a mid-50s traveller, I was not prepared for the uphill hike to the apartment and the 4 floors of steep stairs to get to the apartment. However, we found several nice restaurants close by which eliminated a lot of the hill climbing in the evening. Convenient to Rossio, Restauradores and Martim Moniz plazas, which each have a variety of transit options. Airport bus to/from Rossio is convenient and cheap. We took taxi from airport - about 25 euro.

We spent 4 days in this app and we enjoyed our stay very much. The place is situated in the heart of Lisbon. It is a very clean and cosy apartment with an outstanding view.
Antonio was very much helpful and friendly. We also brought home some delicious portuguese wines according to his advice!
We would definitely advise you to stay at this place!
tres bon endroit, accueil sympathique et super levers de soleils
This apartment is placed at the Sant’Ana hill, one of the oldest historic hills of Lisbon, and is located just aside the house where Amália Rodrigues was born, the well-known Portuguese faddist.. With a magnificent view to São Jorge Castle, the Graça Church and Tagus river, you will enjoy your relaxing stay being only a few minutes away from “Baixa” (downtown) and the busy Rossio square and the surrounding streets with many restaurants and shops. Liberdade Avenue with its luxury shops is also easily reachable, going down the west side of the hill. This quiet neighbourhood has still many 18th et 19th century palaces, like the Palace of Bemposta, residence of the queen D.Catarina of Bragança, widow of the king Charles II of England, in the early 18th century.
