Comfortable modern apartment

We recently stayed at L'Aquila for a week. We were warmly welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine and chocolate. It had all the conveniences of home. Our host, Thierry, was very prompt at responding to our needs and questions. The kitchen was well stocked and modern. There is a wonderful deck off the kitchen for relaxing outdoors. We were able to use the washer and dryer downstairs as well as the iron. The location of the apartment is very close to the Coop grocery store, the bakery and the bank...all within walking distance . We loved the ambience and food at the Calabre pizzeria just minutes away. You can order take out there as well and they speak English, French and Italian. The Fromagerie is down the hill and around the corner and has delicious food and an interesting museum of antiques upstairs. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. I would suggest, however, that if you are a light sleeper you may want to pack some earplugs as the church bells across the street chime every hour and half hour.

Modern, Clean, Comfortable

My family and I enjoyed an extended stay in this lovely flat, and we were perfectly at home. The kitchen was well equipped for meal preparation, and the bedrooms were exceptionally comfortable. The flat is located within easy walking distance to shopping, parks, trails, train stations, and cafes. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in the future.
