In quiet area but so close to downtown areas and tourist areas, located at the end of the In front of Columbus and the Gothic area, the Port Vell, Las Ramblas street, shopping center Maremangnum; you can go walking to all the nearby tourist areas. Spacious, bright and comfortable. Two double bedrooms and one double bedroom (2 singles beds). Option double sofa bed at the living room. Full kitchen, TV - Satellite, LCD, DVD, Wi-fi and all equipment necessary to enjoy your holiday at our beautiful City and Port of Barcelona fantastic views. Terrace with sun all day !!

Beautiful apartment with outstanding view!

The owner's son met us upon arrival and explained everything we needed to know. This apartment has all the amenities one could ask for. Super clean and comfortable. We would recommend this location to anyone visiting Barcelona. Thanks for hosting us.

Great apartment and really great location.

All was good but the beds are super firm and very uncomfortable. If the beds and pillows were upgraded this would be the perfect stay. The kitchen has everything needed if you plan to cook. The bath and shower were very nice. The view from the balcony is exceptional. Great place for the price. I would have given 5 Stars but the low quality beds and pillows bumped it down one star. Overall I would stay again for the price and location. The owner Montse is very nice and easy to work with, she was easily available and was waiting for us at the front door to the building when we arrived.

Great location for a stay in Barcelona

Myself and five female friends stayed here to celebrate our retirement. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the Hop on Hop off bus which we used during our stay. Three bedrooms and two baths worked out fine for the six of us and we really enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the harbor.

Overall we would recommend staying here when planning a visit to the beautiful city of Barcelona.

Great apartment

This apartment is in a great location, near the beach, las ramblas, easy access to the main attractions in Barcelona with a range of restaurants/bars nearby and supermarkets. The apartment was very clean and included all the facilities required. Montse was very helpful and fast in her responses, answering all questions and providing additional information about Barcelona which helped us plan our holiday. I would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Barcelona, it is an ideal size for 7 adults.

Perfect location and great apartment!!!

Staying at this apartment made our trip so much more memorable! The location of the apartment is perfect for anyone visiting Barcelona and the view from the balcony is beautiful. The apartment itself was very cozy and spacious for my group that traveled (6 adults and an infant). The kitchen, dining area, and living room were all nicely set up with everything you would need. The best part for me was the location because it was accessible to all of the following: a train station is right down the street which we used to go to Camp Nou and La Sagrada Familia, the famous La Rambla street was a block away with great shopping and restaurants, the C. Columbus statue was a block away, 10 min cab ride to the a casino and the nightlife, and a stop for the tourist bus is right across the street which can take you directly to many great sight seeing areas. Most importantly, Montse was a sensational host. She kept great contact with me leading up to our trip and took the time upon our arrival to point out all the nearby attractions and quick tips to getting around. While there, she did an excellent job of answering any questions we had and made herself available to us at any time for any assistance we may need.

When we return to Barcelona, we will definitely book this apartment again!

Car: not necessary

Located next to the Port of Barcelona, 50 meters from the World Trade Center and close to 'La Feria de Barcelona' (Exhibitions & Congresses Center). Good road connections and only 10 km from the airport.

Start your day with breakfast overlooking the sea and the statue of Columbus. Go directly walking to the center of Barcelona, the port, Montjuic mountain or walk 10 minutes to the 'Barceloneta' beach. You can also make 'Shopping', going to the cinema or eat something to the most singular Shopping Center of Barcelona 'Maremagnum'. In the evening, and also without car or traveling, you can go to the many theaters in the area and dine at one of the best restaurants of the Barcelona port like 7 Portes if you come to do business then meet in the WTC located at 50m, or visit the Fair of Barcelona at 10 minutes walking
