Television of 100cm + video by ADSL of which chains in foreign language + plug VGA + DVD player; Chain Hifi + tuner FM RDS + reader CD + plug for MP3 player;
Functional chimney with wood; heating with fuel (included in the tariff); recent mattresses and have whole a 200 cm length. Width of a mattress of 160 cm, the two others have a width of 140 cm;
For baby: little bed, high chair, barrier for the staircase, bath-tub, changing mat;
A water supply point with shower, is available for the room of bottom; bathroom with bath-tub installed on the floor; both WC are independent of the water rooms;
The swimming pool has two safety measures: perimetric alarm and metallic barrier with wicket with automatic closing; The water is treated with active oxygen to avoid the allergies to chlorine or bromine; the visitor's tax is included in the tariff of the hiring;
The phone calls are offered towards fixed telephones of many countries like those of Europe, of North America, Brazil, China, India, Japan, Russia,…

Thanks to them it has been possible to understand the needs and expectations of guests in furnished holiday accommodation.
Philippe ARNOULD purchased this house in 2010
The house was built and furnished gradually for 15 years (from 1995 to 2010) as and when funds became available independently. Once complete, it was this house that was eventually set aside for rental as furnished holiday accommodation. However, when the accommodation is not occupied, it is used for the owner's family or friends passing through. This provides an opportunity to note minor defects that might not yet have been reported and to fix them before the next guests arrive.
The house is new (having been completed in 2010). The building work was carried out by the owners who live there for a few days to get a better idea of what improvements need to be made.
What’s more, the house has been approved by holiday rental agency Gîtes de France®, which had a technician come to the house itself to find out about the descriptive content of the facilities and environment.
All bedding is new and intended for “sensitive backs”.
What the owners like about this gîte is the large space in the kitchen and living room for setting up tables to accommodate up to thirty family members.
The environment is quiet, especially as the access route is a private cul-de-sac.
In 2012, the town abandoned all networks and over head lines, creating an unobstructed view over the Luberon and the valleys surrounding the gîte.
When the gîte is not in use, its owners continue to enjoy using it ; what’s more, it’s a few dozen meters from their home.
This is a fantastic property and very good value for money. The house has everything you need for your stay, and all the pictures are authentic. We have stayed in the same place 4 years in a row participating in the Luberon Marathon, and have already booked for next year.
The owner Phillippe and his beautiful wife are very kind, and always helpful if there is anything you need.
The loaction is great for discovering this part of Provence, with a lot of small villages to visit. The house is only 10 minute walk from the center of Tour d`Aigues, and here you will find several small, cosy restaurants. The bigger village, Pertuis, with a couple of supermarkets, is only a few kilometer drive.
This is truly a wine district where you can visit som great wineyards in the area. Especially the Rosé is fantastic in this part of the country. There are also a co-operative and two places for wine-tasting in Tour d`Aigues.
Overall, if visiting this area, I can hardly recommend you to stay at this house. I don´t think you will find a better Place.

We passed a very pleasant stay in the house. It is big, clean and comfortable.
You can sit on the sunny terrasse, sun till evening. The surrounding is very quiet. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
We had a wonderful week in October and we would like to go there again.
"The house was the cleanest we have ever seen! Everything was in order and the owner was very helpful and friendly. A short walk down the lane finds you in the countryside. A short car trip to Pertuis finds you at the supermarket or hypermarket. After the tiny rooms in Paris, this house appeared huge. There's a lovely spacious living, dining and kitchen area and a nice big tv.
The nicest views are from the downstairs bedroom so we had breakfast in bed and watched the sun rise over the distant hills every morning. The price was very reasonable for off season (end March). We'll take family or friends next time."
Nous avons passé un week-end vraiment très très agréable que ma petite famille m'as offert.
La maison offre de multiples services que vous ne pouvez imaginer.
Les enfants ont étaient tout simplement émerveillés. Table de ping pong, jeux de société, piscine... Rien à penser, tout est penser pour vous. 😄Passer un moment au bord de la cheminée et tout simplement Waouhhh!!!
De plus il y a vraiment de quoi visiter aux alentours... Mais là également tout est prévue et les endroits que les propriétaires nous ont proposés était gratuites et magnifiques ( jardins, châteaux...)
Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement les propriétaires de leur accueil et nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir et le plus rapidement possible.

Nous avons passé de belles vacances de la Toussaint dans cette très jolie bastide.
Elle est très bien située pour visiter le sud du Lubéron et ses petits villages typiques.
La location est très propre et très bien entretenue. Le confort est optimum, un salon agréable et à la pointe numérique, une belle cuisine bien équipée et des chambres spacieuses.
Compte tenu de la météo, nos n'avons pas pu profiter comme il se doit de l'extérieur mais il semblait très prometteur.
Nous avons apprécié le soin du propriétaire pour répondre à nos attentes.
Une location à recommander sans aucun doute
Dit was onze eerste vakantie samen met ons dochtertje van 1 jaar. Het verblijf was zeer aangenaam. Net, alle comfort (ook voor de baby) en prima locatie.
From Aix-en-Provence, to take the A51 highway and to leave to Pertuis. Arrived at Pertuis, to take over the direction way of La Tour d'Aigues by secondary road 956 (5km) ; In the center of the village of La Tour d'Aigues, to take over the leadership of Ansouis (1.3 km) ; After the crossing of the bridge wich is over l'Ourgouse, turn left to Chemin de l'Ourgouse (on 200m) ; Turn right to Chemin of Peliboux on 59m ; At number 59, there is an indication “VacanceLuberon.fr ; Borrow the passage which is covered with hoi-polloi (on 50m) ; The gate is at the end of this passage on the left.
On the land associated with the house, a surface covered with sand is to organize parts of game of "petanque". Sets of balls is placed at the disposal of our hosts ; In the event of need, the owner can intervene quickly owing to the fact that it resides in the vicinity ; Thanks to the regional natural park of Luberon many other activities are available in the vicinity : excursion on foot or with horse ; climb ; climb tree ; escapade in the bicycle or VTT ; possibility
of hiring of bicycles (while being caught there in advance…) ; Four other regional parks are accessible to less than one hour from road: Camargues, Alpilles, Verdon and Calanques ; All give also opportunities of visit and excursions unforgettable ;
