About the property

This type of construction have started to rise in early nineteenth century, for the preparation of raisin and other agricultural work. Housed the

family for the duration of the escalation processes, collecting almonds, carob, wine.

It comprised building a riu-rau for drying raisins, and for being a cool, dry place, did most of the work in. Then, separated by a door, he had a great stay destined to dining room, kitchen and bedroom. And upstairs a loft (cambra)

to warehouse functions, where the harvest was kept.

On the back and side, houses were pens. Constrcciones had other attached as well, bread oven.

The Hut, was built in the garden about 12 m. the main house, with materials used to build this type of home, and we wanted to play once this type of traditional housing.

The RIU-RAU today covertido in porch, the large room in the living room and kitchen, the Chamber O mezzanine in bedroom and sun terrace, Corrales bathroom and closed with barbecue patio.

A cottage, its charm lies in the vicinity of the farm where there is a zone with geese, ducks, peacocks etc. and another area with ecological garden.

Tranquil Country Cottage just outside the town

This rural cottage is ideal for 2 people who want peace and quiet yet within easy reach of the beach and restaurants and so this is our second visit. It is set in a well cared for garden where there is a pond with geese and ducks and lots of fruit trees. The owners who live next door are a charming couple who really make you feel at home even though they have very little English and our Spanish is also pretty basic.

Buena relación calidad / precio

La casa está bastante bien para su precio. Bien ubicada, cerca de la playa ( se puede ir andando).

Se aparca dentro de la misma finca, lo que es muy cómodo.

Los dueños muy agradables y el cuidador de la finca muy simpático.

Las cabras y los patos - muy entretenido sobretodo si tienes niños pequeños.

Deberían cuidar más de vigilar la limpieza de los utensilios de la cocina. Aun que la casa tenga lavaplatos, nos hemos encontrado con vasos y platos sucios guardados en la armario.

Eine wunderschoene Woche

Dieses Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen. Es ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, was Gaeste brauchen. Selbst eine Waschmaschine und WLAN ist vorhanden. Wir haben zu dritt (3 Frauen) eine wunderschoene Woche inmitten der Natur (Gaense und Orangenplantage) verbracht. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen. Die Vermieter Mary und Andres waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, man hatte direkt Anschluss und fühlte sich zu Hause. Bei Fragen wurde uns sofort weitergeholfen. Wir hatten immer das Gefühl willkommen zu sein.

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll mit alten Sachen gestaltet, die Bilder - vom Besitzer - gemalt, eindrucksvoll und inspirierend. Wir wuerden jederzeit wieder einen Aufenthalt bei diesem freundlichen spanischen Paar fuer die Zukunft planen.

Décevant; je ne le recommande pas !

Malgré l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, trop de points négatifs !

Une mare avec une vingtaine d'oies est acolée à la maison avec tous les inconvénients : odeur, ce n'était pas précisé !

La piscine se trouve en fait dans leur partie et ils ferment la porte quand ils partent donc nous sommes dépendants de leurs absences pour se baigner !

Propreté plus que négligée !

ça ne vaut pas ce prix là !

Owner's Response: Agradecemos los comentarios de todos nuestros inquilinos. En este caso lamentamos que en nuestra descripcion no comprendieran que era una casa de campo, su encanto reside en el entorno de la granja donde hay una zona de con ocas, patos, pavos reales etc. y otra zona con huerto ecologico. Rectificaremos la descripcion para que otros clientes tengan una mayor informacion. El acceso a la piscina informamos a la llegada que esta abierto desde primera hora de la mañana hasta por lo noche 22 ó 23 horas por si quieren resfrescarse antes de acostarse y que raras veces nos marchamos de la casa y cerramos la puerta del patio de la piscina para evitar que los niños vengan a bañarse solos. Para nosotros es muy importante que los clientes nos comenten a la llegada o durante su estancia si hay alguna irregularidad para poder subsanarla y que su estancia sea totalmente satisfactoria. La comunicacion es lo mas importante.

séjour idéal !

Très bon accueil des propriétaires.Maison totalement indépendante à proximité de la maison des propriétaires dans un immense parc arboré.Parking privé accès par porte automatique.Idéal pour un couple,de l'espace et une terrasse privée depuis la chambre au 1er étage.A quelques minutes de la plage de sable.Centre historique de Javéa très agréable.Dénia,Altéa à visiter tout proche.TB vacances en mai !

Calme de l'environnement et proximité commerces!

Parc animalier et orangers font de l'environnement de ce logement typique et agrémenté par les tableaux du maître de maison, un cadre idyllique pour un séjour au calme et reposant.

Propriétaires sympathiques et proches, pour tous renseignements...

Plage de sable, 15' à pied, bordée de tous commerces, restaurants et bars...

Et pour les séjours en hiver, possibilité du poêle à bois pour les soirées...

Nous retenons d'ors et déjà un nouveau séjour!

Car: necessary

Take the A7 motorway, exit at Ondara, Alicante direction, before reaching Gata, which is the next town, you will see signs to Javea. From motorway exit are approximately 15 km. No need to enter the towns of Javea to reach our farm, access is very easy.

We are in a flat area, close to the sandy beach and shopping, you can go on foot or by bicycle, car etc. very close to the tennis club, golf, restaurants, entertainment, etc. Ideal for long walks or excursions on foot. Possibility of making traditional food workshops, on request.
