Great time had by all... well worth staying

Nine of us had a great 10 days. Easy to get to from Málaga. We were made very welcome by the hosts. The pool is a distance from the house which we were a little concerned about but it actually was OK and there is a fridge down there!

Finca Buytrón is TOP!!!

We had a delay but Rafaela was still waiting for us. We were most welcome. The Finca is very peacefully located in a agriculture surrounding. The town and supermarkets are no more then 10 minutes by car. You will need a car. The house is very quit and very specious. Lots of places to sit down. The front terrace is great and the pool area as well. We recommend Finca Buytrón with 10 stars if that would be possible. Thanks a lot Rafaela and we love to com again. Best regards, Alwin.

Rural splendor

Finca Buytron is a very nice vacation home, with super service from the owners. Situated outside Montilla in the beautiful surroundings.

Especially the pool area is worth mentioning. A great place to go when seeking a cooler spot.

Loved our stay - highly recommend.

El placer de un lugar con historia

Disfrutar de unos días apartados del día a día en Finca Buytron fue muy especial para nuestra familia. Antes de nuestra llegada ya nos sentimos muy bien acogidos, ya que Rafy es una gran anfitriona y estuvo preocupada desde días antes por todos los detalles que pudieramos necesitar. La casa nos encantó ya que tiene todas las comodidades necesarias manteniendo el estilo y el sabor de una casa de campo. Además todos los detalles decorativos nos resultaron muy interesantes ya que conserva la esencia de toda la historia que hay detrás de una casa familiar en la que se han vivido tantas historias. Por último decir que el entorno en el que se encuentra nos pareció magnífico, ya que las vistas de Montilla y de sus viñas hacen que te parezca que has retrocedido varias décadas en el tiempo. Observar el maravilloso cielo a las 4 de la mañana desde su porche no tiene precio. Esperamos poder repetir la experiencia muy pronto. Gracias Rafy por todo. Hasta pronto.

Calme et dépaysement assuré

C’est une très jolie maison d'époque au milieu des champs d'oliviers et de vignes. Elle est très agréable, bien située pour qui apprécie des vacances au calme et dans un environnement magnifique. Idéal pour des vacances en famille. Nous étions 9 adultes et 5 enfants, la piscine est sécurisé avec un chemin ombragé pour s’y rendre et sur place des vestiaires équipé d’un frigo et des toilettes. Le terrain est super grand, avec beaucoup de verdure ce qui fait que tout le monde a pu profiter au maximum de l’extérieur toute la journée. Nous donnerons cette adresse avec plaisir. Seul bémol, comme beaucoup de « casa rural » en Espagne , le chemin d'accès en terre: surpris au début mais nous sommes habitués. Cela fait partie de nos très bons souvenirs de vacances !!!

En fechas de puentes, Semana Santa , Navidad y los meses de Julio y Agosto siempre se alquila la casa completa y un mínimo de 4 noches.

A partir de 4 noches (en el caso de solicitudes de más de 16 pax.) y a partir 5 noches en el resto, ofrecemos descuentos y precios especiales. No duden en consultar todas las posibilidades.

Es norma de la propiedad recibir al viajero en la casa, explicarles todo lo necesario para que su estancia sea une exito , y facilitarles cuanta informacion necesite.

Al confirmar vuestra Reserva os facilitaré los datos de la cuenta bancaria para que realicéis transferencia de sólo un 50% de la cantidad total acordada y al recibir el ingreso os enviaré el bono de confirmación de reserva y modo de llegada a la Finca.
Al llegar a la Finca y con la entrega de llaves se entregará la diferencia entre la cantidad ingresada y el precio acordado (No se aceptarán tarjetas bancarias ni cheques, siendo el billete de mayor valor aceptado de 200 €), así como una fianza de 150 €, que se devolverá después de la salida de casa, una vez se haya revisado el uso normal y adecuado de las instalaciones.

El horario de entrada y salida de la casa se acordará previamente, (pudiendo ser flexible, excepto en caso de entrada de otro cliente)
