Why Annalisa chose Santo Spirito
Because you'll have the opportunity to visit all the beauties of Florence from a strategic position as the district of San Niccolò, the true heart of the city, frequented by tourists but also lived by the residents.

Lovely spot in Florence.
Annalise is a gracious and helpful host.If you sleep upstairs, and if you are tall, remember to watch your head;the classic Florentine beams might greet you. This is a convenient spot, a block from the Arno but nicely tucked away from the crowds. Also if you have luggage-beware, it really is four flights up!
Annalisa was a fantastic host!
She had good information about the city, including dinner recomendations. Everything we needed was there, including some nice homey touches such as some local snacks. She even brought over a homemade traditional Tuscan desert.
Clean, quiet and comfortable beds. Would stay here again.
Nice and clean. Comfortable beds. Quiet building (while we stayed there).
There was some noise from the street as they were filming the American film “six underground” with Ryan Reynolds (we never saw him or any of the actors, nor did we try). There were gunshots and cars racing and squealing tires through the streets at night for that movie.
It’s a beautiful area, we walked all over Florence and felt this was close to many things. It’s a little distance from museums, main squares and the larger shopping area (maybe a mile?), but still close to many shops and restaurants.
The host was very responsive. No issues to report.
Very nice and clean and the location is just great, the owner is very responsive!
We love the location most as it is walk distance to everywhere in town. So convenient! We will certainly recommend our friend to come here!
We loved our stay here, and felt like it was more than big enough for two of us. The location was great. My only complaint would be that the AC did not work that well. We talked to the owner and she looked at it, but I just don't think the little unit upstairs could keep up with the July heat!
Dear Ashley, thanks for your stay and for your review even if, as you know, it wasn't the Ac not working but you at the beginning that didn't rightly switch on it by its remote control. Nobody else had ever complained about that and at check out I found North Pole temperature in the flat. I think it is enough...
It is located on a large street with easy reach and with ample opportunity to park.
The neighborhood of S. Niccolò is one of the most characteristic and moved to Florence, with trendy bars and traditional taverns, but also typical and elegant residences. No lack of public parks and open spaces maintained rich traditions and history is one of the most quoted in Florence.
It overlooks the Arno River and has a very strategic position from which you can see all points of interest in the city. Just 2 minutes walk you reach the Ponte Vecchio, with 5 minutes to Piazza Santa Croce, Piazza Signoria and the Duomo. In 10 minutes on foot climb through a typical walkway at San Miniato church and Piazzale Michelangelo.
